Reviews
I had a really comfortable stay at HARRIS Hotel & Residences Sunset Road! The room was clean and cozy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very strategic for exploring Bali. The atmosphere was also relaxing, making it perfect for both a staycation and a business trip. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This hotel has absolutely no respect for its guests or the neighboring community.
Whenever they hold events, they continue using microphones and loudspeakers late into the night, causing unbearable noise disturbance. Guests should be able to rest, but that is impossible here.
If the hotel intends to host such events, they should invest in proper soundproofing or end the events at a reasonable time.
I am genuinely angry and disappointed with this experience.
The hotel staff were very accomodating. Facilities were acceptably clean and complete (pools, clean showers). Breakfast was solid with many tasty options. However, the position of the hotel in the Bali area is not the best, due to a lack of things to do in the direct proximity of the hotel.
Harris Sunset Road provides a truly satisfying stay experience. The swimming pool is large and very cozy, perfect for relaxing whether you’re alone or with family. The common areas are tidy and well maintained, creating a clean and pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel.
The food is delicious with a good variety of options, so it doesn’t get boring even if you stay for several days. The parking area is also spacious, making it very convenient for guests with vehicles.
Considering all the facilities and comfort offered, the price is definitely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with complete amenities in this area.
Harris Hotel & Residences Sunset Road offers great value for money, suitable for family and corporate meeting. The rooms are currently being upgraded, and even now they are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The overall stay feels well thought out, especially for both short and longer visits. The staff deserve special mention—they are consistently helpful, polite, and attentive, which makes the experience even more pleasant. A solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, good service, and affordability in a convenient location.
