So there are 3 lobby, and my booking actually at the last one, which made me walk more than i should have, if only they put details on my booking apps..
HOWEVER a very sweet bali girl helped me carrying one of my back pack to the last lobby! Anyway thankyou..
Small room but convenient. Location also strategically good. Room amenities could be better though. There is no water bottle provided
Value for money hotel. Service is okay. I gave the rating of 3 stars because the 1st day I arrived, the floor was oily, the table top was oily and the tray with coffee/tea facilities was also oily. Very strange. I went to the bathroom and the handheld shower head was oily too. The wing/tower I stayed at supposedly newly-renovated but there are signs of ageing. My room was not cleaned when I returned at 2pm. The team came by at about 4pm to do cleaning and I was already comfortably settled in. I told them it was okay. Most hotels I have been do cleaning in the morning so that other guests can check in by 2-3pm. Thursday night, I requested for hairdryer. Friday, no room cleaning. Saturday after room cleaning, I realised that the hair dryer was gone! I had to request again. Another strange practice.

Location is central, just that there is no convenient store nearby to buy stuff.
Other than that, service was friendly and quick.
We stayed for six days with a group of young soccer players for a tournament. As you can imagine, things got a bit chaotic. Sandals ended up in the wrong rooms and socks were left behind in the gym 😂
I want to express my huge appreciation for the staff at Harris Hotel Denpasar. They managed to find every single item we lost and even helped ship them back to Jakarta for us.
