Chose this hotel for its close proximity to Sanur Ferry terminal and very reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised. The fast boat company locations are about 5 minutes walk away. The room was nice, bed was large and comfortable. Electrical outlets were 220V, so I needed to go to Circle K and buy a universal adapter. Another positive is that Circle K is across the street, very convenient.
The staff at check in were courteous, the bellhop assisted with lugging my baggage from the taxi and to the room.
The breakfast was average, but adequate. No complaints there.
I did not have a chance to use the pool, but it looked quite nice.
The hotel and it's grounds are picturesque. I took a number of photos.
I would recommend this hotel if you are going to be in the Sanur area.
Very nice and attentive staff who were quick to fix issues (room door battery ran out), but the rooms had a strong stale AC smell. Very convenient location for catching a boat from the harbor, but note that Grab/Gojek cannot pick you up here. You’ll need to walk for a while before you can be picked up, or hire a private driver.
Great place to stay near Sanur port area. The bed is comfortable and rooms are nicely decorated, the one we stayed is even equipped with a small kitchen. They have a beautiful garden and lap pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. They also helped us get a BlueBird taxi ride to the airport which was on time, affordable and conveniently booked with the app.
Great place to stay if your wanting to be close to the harbor to catch a fast boat. Beakfast starts at 7 and was simple, some fruit, pastry items and order some goreng or pancake off a menu. Breakfast was overall good. I arrived the hotel at 130am and the staff was helpful and friendly.
I would stay here again if i needed to be close to harbor. Otherwise i would stay in a hotel where i was sightseeing for convenience.
Good place to stay if you have an early / late ferry and don’t want to deal with the taxi drop off / pick up situation at the port! Walkable to the promenade with restaurants and shops nearby.
Found the room to be quite loud at night with sound travelling from the corridor, woken up several times.
To note grab cannot pick up from the hotel, have to walk around 10 mins away to do so, instead I used bluebird which worked just as well but has a much longer wait time so factor this in!
