My two sons and I stayed here for a few days. The location was strategic, and there was a bakery next to the hotel where we could buy some treats to take home. The staff were friendly and quite helpful, and the room was clean. Thank you for the great service!🤍
I arrived at night after an afternoon flight, and receiving a complimentary room upgrade made my tiring journey instantly turn into a happy experience. One of the things I really appreciated was that the room was already cool and comfortable when I arrived. Not every hotel makes sure the room is properly cooled before check-in, so this was a lovely touch. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore nearby places. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful stay and a great way to end a long day of traveling!
This hotel is amazing. Me and my partner have stayed here for a week earlier in our trip and have recently come back for the second time! The staff here are wonderful, rooms are clean and great valuable for money! For the price - it’s a must stay hotel in Kuta, we were really happy with our experience and would recommend coming to this hotel if you are travelling to Bali. Would like to mention Andika, from the restaurant he was so lovely and definitely made our experience in Grand Zuri. He took the time to talk to us on many occasions. It just shows how much this hotel puts into looking after guests. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for having us! We hope to be back one day if we come back to Bali.
We stayed 2 nights at the Grand Zuri in August 2026. Our room on the 5th Floor was spacious and clean with a good view of the pool. Staff were friendly and welcoming. They serve halal breakfast from 5:30 to 10:00am which had a variety of options and tasty. The hotel is great for Muslim travelers as the restaurant is halal certified with many halal food options close to the hotel. The masjid is also within walking distance. They have a good pool if you enjoy swimming. We had a great time and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Grand Zuri.
I had an amazing stay at Grand Zuri Hotel. Everything about my experience was wonderful. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. What truly made my stay special was the incredible staff. Every single staff member was kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality is beyond words and made me feel at home throughout my stay. A special thank you to Umi and the breakfast chef, who prepared fresh breakfast every morning with such a lovely and caring nature. They always ensured everything was perfect without any trouble, and their warmth and dedication are truly appreciated. The service at Grand Zuri Hotel is exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable.
