From the moment we checked in, everything was smooth. The team went out of their way to accommodate our needs, and no request was ever too much. They also guided us on which activities to do and took care of all the bookings for us, which made planning effortless. Breakfast was easily a 10/10. We didn't get a chance to try lunch or dinner, but based on breakfast, I'm sure they're just as great. The nightly events were amazing, and everyone around us was clearly enjoying them. I can't say enough about housekeeping, either. They were incredibly fast and attentive. I'm from Texas, and honestly, I don't think any resort or hotel back home matches the humility, generosity, and speed of service we experienced at Grand Seminyak. A special shout-out to Alan, Dharma, and Hadi for their professionalism and warm hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

We had a truly wonderful stay and were so impressed by the exceptional service, warm family atmosphere and genuine Indonesian hospitality throughout the hotel. A special thank you to the incredibly courteous and friendly staff who made our stay so memorable. Sayu, Yuli and Gisin at reception were always welcoming and helpful, Mawan, our dinner waiter upstairs at the Moonlite Restaurant, provided wonderful service, and Pera, our breakfast waitress, greeted us each morning with such warmth and care. Their genuine smiles and attention to detail made us feel more like family than guests. The views were absolutely amazing, and the sunsets were simply mesmerising — the perfect backdrop to an unforgettable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable experience and are already looking forward to returning and experiencing more of the wonderful Indonesian hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at Grand Seminyak and it was a perfect place to spend the final part of our Bali trip. The hotel has a lovely boutique atmosphere, a fantastic beachfront location, spacious rooms and a very relaxed pool area. Breakfast was also consistently good. The biggest highlight, though, was the staff. A very special thank-you to Yeti at breakfast, who was absolutely lovely and made our mornings feel genuinely personal; Degus by the pool, who was attentive, friendly and made our time there even more enjoyable; and Ari (female) at reception, who was consistently warm, helpful and welcoming. We would also like to thank Maya, Ari (male), Satya, Restu, Yogi, Pera, Nova and Michael for contributing to such a positive experience. They also arranged a birthday cake and floral decoration for us, which was a really thoughtful touch! A memorable stay and a lovely way to end our trip to Bali. We would definitely return!

Our first trip to Bali was unforgettable, and a huge part of that was our stay at the Grand Seminyak. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was incredibly spacious and offered breathtaking views of the beach that made every morning feel special. We ended up having breakfast at the rooftop every day. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and it was the perfect way to start the day. What truly sets Grand Seminyak apart, however, is the exceptional staff. During our stay, we experienced an unexpected medical emergency while at the beach. Within moments, the hotel staff helped arrange for a doctor to come directly to us. Their quick response, professionalism, and genuine concern were beyond anything we could have imagined. Throughout the entire situation, they continuously checked in on us and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. Special thank you to Yuli, Widya, and Bintang for the exceptional service. It’s easy to find a beautiful hotel in Bali, but it’s rare to find a team of people who make you feel so supported, valued, and genuinely cared for. The kindness and attentiveness we experienced during a difficult moment turned what could have been a stressful situation into something much more manageable. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Grand Seminyak. The stunning location, amazing accommodations, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredible staff made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Bali and look forward to returning one day.
