**One of the Best Resorts in Bali – Grand Mirage Resort! 🌴🏝️** Grand Mirage Resort is one of the top resorts in Bali, offering an amazing experience for families and travellers. The lazy river, swimming pools, and play arena are fantastic and make the resort a perfect destination for relaxation, fun, and entertainment. The facilities are top-notch, and there is something for everyone to enjoy. **A special mention to Chef Pradeep Negi at Bumbu Delhi, the Indian restaurant inside the resort! 🇮🇳🍽️** He is an amazing chef who truly knows how to bring out the authentic flavours of Indian cuisine. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! The Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, Veg Biryani, Tandoori Chicken, and especially the Rasmalai were outstanding. Honestly, some of the best Indian food I have had in Bali! A big appreciation to Chef Pradeep Negi for preparing such delicious food and making our dining experience truly memorable. His cooking deserves special recognition! Overall, Grand Mirage is a fantastic resort with excellent recreational facilities and, thanks to Chef Pradeep Negi, an incredible Indian dining experience. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a memorable stay in Bali! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have edited my rating as I accidently gave 4 instead of 5 stars but I wanted to reflect the wonderful experience my family had with Grand Mirage recently. We were a large booking of 7 and were travelling with several older people with mobility issues. From the very get go, the staff were helpful and supportive, doing everything they could to accommodate their needs. Nothing was too much work for them and they were all so kind. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. We are already planning our next visit.

Rooms- ok as per 5 star rating. Balcony is tiny. Grounds/facilities- pools are small considering 5 star rating. Kids play area is a 5 minute trek from main hotel. Kids club are is average. Food- breakfast was good. Main 24/7 Cafe area for the remainder of the day was poor. Staff had to be approached to obtain menus and directions on ordering. Food quality was sub par. Pool staff were not available half the time. QR code ordering would be 1000 times better. Coffee was weak, beyond sub standard for a 5 star hotel. General food prices, ridiculously expensive All inclusive, stupidly priced Overall- ok experience, would i return? No.

Just a perfect resort for a family. We stayed in the Family Paradise building, and it was the right place for our little family of 4. The children were happy and safe in the pool area with the slide; they loved the kids club (big win for daily movies in the middle of the day/heat); all of the little extra activities kept them occupied. (Sushi making, bracelet making, turtle feeding, mermaid classes) The main hotel had a huge selection of places to relax, drink and eat. Rooms were really well maintained and modern, but I would probably like a little bit more drawers for clothes to be unpacked into for a two-week holiday) Local restaurants outside of the hotels were also great, and the daily free shuttle bus to the local Bali Collection is also a nice touch. The Spa is seriously next-level, and if I didn't have my children with me, I'd probably have had daily treatments. Will definitely add this to the go-back-and-visit-again list.
