We recently stayed at the Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak to celebrate a special milestone, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, all staff were absolute perfection, warm, welcoming, and endlessly attentive, ensuring we felt completely looked after throughout our stay. ​A special highlight of our mornings was the incredible breakfast experience, made truly brilliant by the wonderful team. A huge thank you to Heni, Bayu, and Lami, who went above and beyond with their infectious smiles, exceptional service, and genuine hospitality. I love every inch of this hotel! First it is the convenient location, located at the Seminyak beach front with like what , 1-2 min access by foot to the beach front ! Second, the service is incredibly awesome, from the front desk check in, room service, securities, to waitresses at the buffet restaurant are just fantastic! They are very friendly and helpful, e.g. if u need more drinking water just let them know! They will sent to your room! Special shoutout to the waitresses Sukma and Utami at the buffet restaurant! Every morning, they greet us with a smile leading us to our table and ask exactly what we need, studiously clean up every plate we had finished and repeatedly ask what we need!

Staff are lovely, grounds are lovely. Pools great. Location is very convenient. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast has so so much choice for those that love a buffet. Had exceptional service at dinner tonight from Nundi, Wika and Ariani. Only negative consideration… room walls are definitely thinner than some other places I’ve stayed Overall would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thanks again for a wonderful stay

Excellent Cleanliness & Housekeeping Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially because of the excellent cleanliness and housekeeping service. My room was always clean, tidy, fresh, and well-organized every day. The bed was beautifully made with clean and comfortable linens, while the towels were fresh and neatly arranged. The bathroom Clean All amenities were complete and replenished regularly. I also appreciated the attention to detail from the housekeeping team, who made sure everything in the room was in perfect condition. The housekeeping staff were very friendly verry thanks for sariana and aira, polite, professional, and always greeted me with a smile.
