Cleanliness standard is unacceptable. The cleaners do not clean properly, and the towels provided were old and worn out. Worse, the water coming out of the bidet literally smelled like sewage water, which is completely unsanitary and disgusting.. I’ve asked many times to provide us new towels but seemed they don’t understand, always says “yes,yes” but they don’t really get what I meant by that. What I liked about Plagoo was that the staff were very friendly and helpful… especially the team at Kintamani and the concierge. The weather was also nice. It's a quiet and peaceful place for kids, except for the motorbikes they allow inside… October 4, 2026 I’m editing this review right now because they addressed our issues. Sir harry was very kind and helpful to us.

I went to Plagoo hotel for breakfast with friends and when I was having breakfast I saw hair in my food I felt disgusted, Plagoo kitchen really need to take care of hygiene. It could be anything in the food. Anyways I won’t visit Plagoo again.

We had informed the property in advance that we would be checking out in the morning. However, when we attempted to check out, there was no reception service available, and no staff member came to assist us. We tried contacting the reception multiple times by phone, but our calls were either unanswered or disconnected. There were also no instructions provided regarding the checkout process or how to reach the reception team in their absence. As a result, we experienced a delay of approximately 1–2 hours during checkout due to the lack of support and communication. Unfortunately, this delay contributed to us missing our flight.
