Well i visited bali from india for holidays and this is the first place that i visited in kuta thn i went to the gilli and ubud bt as compare to another resort this is the best hotel♥️. every staff is polite and helping nature even they gave a complimentary cake for birthday and that was unexpected. The golden tulip resort is hygiene and spacious place and the view is amazing from resort. This is the first resort that i loved so much in my entire life. If i visit in bali i will definitely again will stay in golden tulip resort.

Great service. All staffs are very friendly and attentive. We had a great dinner at Sizzling BBQ all you can eat, and the staffs were very friendly and helpful especially Asri, Panji and Wahana. We stayed at Room 107 connect to a shallow pool so the view was superb! The room itself was a little dated but it was clean. We were enjoying our stay and time in here and we will definitely be back. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Bad staff never greet especially reception.
Room excellent smelly because toilet exhaust fan doesn't work whole hotel.
They tell we use exhaust from central system only 1 hour in morning and one in evening.
That's utter non sense.
Housekeeping takes 2 to 3 hours to visit your room once requested.
Room interiors and glasses mirrors all disgusting dirty.
Breakfast is tasteless and repeated.
Now coming to rooms, rooms facing outside view have too much noise of traffic 24 hours.
Horrible.
Even in parking or lobby sewage smell is constant.
Teach some manners to your staff to be respectful and polite with guest especially Benny at reception.
The staff is amazing, so kind, patient and polite.
The room: lack care but was overall clean.
-bed sheets had multiple stains, they changed it for me.
-bathroom light was flickering while it was out, they took care of it.
-I had no chair inside
-soundproof was terrible, I could hear the other room moving their chair and the street sound was also terrible.
-there are tour groups and they had there doors open and communiting from different rooms
-shower head kept falling down
The atmosphere in the hotel itself is also very beautiful.
But I cannot emphasize how kind the people are who are working there.
