Really impressed with my stay at Gending Kedis. The villa is beautiful and gives a true Balinese experience, from the friendly staff to the way the whole place is designed. The 1-bedroom villa is spacious, well-equipped, and the private pool is amazing. Perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay with a bit of luxury. Would definitely recommend!
Highly recommend. We LOVED our stay here. Our Villa was beautiful and very spacious and clean. The food served at the restaurant was delicious. Our favourite thing about our stay was the wonderful staff. They are all hard working and caring people. They made our stay very comfortable. They were so kind and hospitable that they felt like family at the end. We will definitely be coming back. It was the best honeymoon destination we could ask for and we are pricing flights to return
We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights at Kending Kedis Villa and had a wonderful time with our family. The villa itself was excellent—comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Overall, the service was very good. All staff were helpful and friendly, from the security lady, housekeeping, to the front office team. Everything was well accommodated, and we felt warmly welcomed throughout our stay. However, the breakfast experience did not quite meet the expectations of a 5-star villa. I would suggest upgrading the breakfast quality and variety to better match the overall standard of the property. We also had a mixed experience at the restaurant. On the first day, we were a bit disappointed with one of the staff members. But on the second day, the service improved significantly. The gentleman (Bli) on the floor was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive. He consistently checked on us and made sure we were comfortable, even offering additional items. His hospitality truly reflected excellent service. We hope Kending Kedis Villa continues to maintain its great service, improves the breakfast offering, and keeps up the cleanliness and overall quality.
Booked through booking.com. Acknowledged that they have a 50% cancellation so we took insurance (in case) We had a 4 bed villa booked and one couple cancelled and so needed a downgrade on a villa, but they would not do this for us or Booking.com. So despite multiple requests, we've been charged a cancellation fee and then offered a new rate for a 3 bedroom villa. So we must go thru the inconvenient process of claiming on insurance for a room downgrade.. Whoever reads this, I hope you see the absolute stupidity in your reservation process and team Will never recommend or book here again. Do better
Unsafe!! Do not stay here! Very expenisve for this accomodation. Rat urine & poo in the kitchen cupboards that stunk. Floor boards that are about to break. The aircon is very noisy & drips onto the floor at the top of the stairs causing a major slipping hazard. Shower drain blocked and flooded the bathroom. Sewage water coming up into the bath. Villas are generally dirty. The staff were friendly but very slow service. Breakfast was average and terrible cocktails from the bar, unable to get a drink after 10pm. Unable to charge anything back to the room. No manager on site to fix these issues. Got the email and Whatsapp for the general manager Douglas but no response even though we have tried multiple times to contact.......
