We stayed in a One-Bedroom Pool Villa and had an unfortunate experience. We kept USD 200 in a pouch inside our packed trolley bag and left the villa for sightseeing after handing over the key for housekeeping. After returning home and unpacking, we discovered the cash was missing. We searched all our luggage thoroughly but could not find it. While we cannot say what happened, this incident has left us disappointed and concerned about the security of guests’ belongings. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reviews its housekeeping and security procedures to ensure future guests do not face a similar situation. I am sharing this experience so that future guests can take extra precautions with their valuables during their stay.

We spent the last two days of our honeymoon at Full Moon Villa, and it was the perfect way to wrap up our trip! The private swimming pool was absolutely fantastic, and we loved having a fully equipped kitchen. They provided delicious fresh fruits, which was a lovely, sweet touch. It was a beautiful, relaxing, and very comfortable stay. Highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Bali!

Very peaceful environment, staff is very welcoming. Food is great specially their pizza. A bit far from the main road.
