Stay for 2 nights, and It's Awesome Friendly staff, great facilities, close to anywhere, and feels like home. Coming back? Absolutely.

We stayed here for over 30 nights. The hotel itself has potential, but unfortunately it’s a complete disappointment because it’s poorly maintained and not properly managed. - Cockroaches in the room & hotel in general. The employee told me that this was the first time they had ever seen a cockroach here....I can fool myself... - The so-called “equipped kitchen” was a joke – there was basically no equipment at all, so we couldn’t use it properly. - Electricity SCAM: We had to pay for electricity separately and got scammed. They charged us for 1,219 kWh, which equals about €134 for one month. That’s ridiculous – a normal monthly usage for a single room would be around 400 kWh. We felt completely ripped off. - Unmotivated staff: Friendly, but not really interested in working. Most of the time they just sit on their phones. - Very poor cleanliness: We had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the room ourselves because it was so dirty. - The entire hotel is dirty in general. - The “co-working space” is a joke: The advertised meeting room with proper office chairs is locked and costs 250,000 IDR per hour extra. The light switch for the co-working space is located inside that locked room, so you can’t work there in the evening because there’s no light. The outdoor area was filthy as well, although it was cleaned once after I complained.

We spent 3 nights in this place. It was a horrible experience for us. 1. The room was not the one that we ordered. We avoided ordering a room with mezzanine because we were traveling with a toddler. However they gave us the exact room that we avoided and blamed it on the system that made the automatic upgrade because the room that we ordered was unavailable. Despite the real question why they put unavailable room up on the list, they moved us to a one room villa (two rooms actually, but we did not use the second room upstairs). 2. The room was extremely DIRTY. The dust looks like it is when you leave your house for months. We asked the management to clean it a couple times with minimum result. The staff did mop the floor again when we asked them. Apparently they used wrong fabric/tool to mop the PVC floor that the dust settled. 3. The ceiling was leaking on our third night! That was HORRIBLE. The staff denied the fact at first but could not say anything more when he saw it by himself. They did not do anything to solve it. We realize that it's late (around 9pm if I am not mistaken), but they could always offer us to move to another unit. It was fatal. 4. On our check out day, we saw that the water (in a jug) that they offered as a complimentary was dirty. That was the peak of the inconvenience that we accepted during our stay in here. I dare the staff/management to drink the water from the jug! The staff offered us to repay our one night stay fee to redeem their mistake. But don't they get it? It's not about the money. We have paid already voluntarily. The problem is in the service that they gave. It's such an unfortunate since the property looks totally the same as what it is advertised. It's just the service is trash. FYI they offer us around Rp700k/night. It's definitely not cheap for a room in Denpasar. The management needs to justify the price that they charge us.

I didn’t expect this place to be that good! The highlight is definitely the team. always helpful, polite, and welcoming. When it started to rain, they didn’t say a word, just quietly brought us an umbrella to the door-such a thoughtful touch. The location is very convenient, and the rooms are comfortable.Absolutely lovely♥️
