Hi Kak Wahyuni, Kak Anggun, Kak Wiwi, Kak Kawaii, the wonderful people whom I met at the restaurant. And Kak Salsa, who made such a delicious cinnamon roll, and Kak Lia, who kindly noted my request. Moreover, Kak Arma and Kak Ari, who diligently worked behind the stove every morning; I saw them at breakfast, preparing the warm cooked eggs. Additionally, Kak Rani, who greeted me with your lovely smile by the restaurant door. Kak Jason, who helped me with my suitcases. And lastly, the one housekeeping staff member, the kind girl with slightly square glasses, whose name I'm unfortunately unable to know your name. Thank you for providing wonderful service and help during my five-day stay. It was comfortable and felt like home. Hope to have the chance to meet you guys again.

I stayed this property with my husband and lil daughter for our 3rd wedding anniversary. It was so nice and memorable stay. We were really love it. Thank you so much Ms. Tika as Reservation Supervisor that helped us to arrange the stay with special arrangement in the room as complimentary. She treated us very well for every single details. I had an amazing stay in Ungasan, Bali. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The rooms were comfortable and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and beaches. What made the experience even better was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks to Yuni at the front bar for the exceptional hospitality and service. She was very attentive, polite, and made us feel truly valued as guests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali and would love to stay here again.

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan was truly a pleasure from start to finish. The staff were incredibly responsive—any time something came up, they handled it quickly and with genuine care. That kind of service is rare… like finding extra fries at the bottom of the bag. A special thank you to Aldo, whose professionalism and attentiveness really stood out. He has a natural ability to understand guests’ needs and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. That is true high-level hospitality. The hotel itself may not be brand new, but it remains beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was enjoyable, the pool was great, and the location is excellent—only about 15 minutes to Melasti Beach and 15–20 minutes to Uluwatu Temple / the Uluwatu area. Also, a big thank you to Yuni in the restaurant. She was amazing—warm, professional, and consistently delivered five-star service with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting South Bali. Great people make great places, and this team proves it every day.
