Famous Hotel Kuta

Our stay at Famous Hotel Kuta felt like coming home. ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth and kindness. The staff are absolutely wonderful — incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to make you feel comfortable and cared for. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the food was amazing. We truly enjoyed every meal, with plenty of delicious options and great quality. But what made our stay truly special was the people. Everyone made us feel like family, and Famous Hotel Kuta became a second home to us during our time in Bali. We are leaving with so many beautiful memories and grateful hearts. We only stayed for one night but honestly I wish we could have stayed a little longer! Our driver WIFA who picked us up from the airport was so kind, friendly, professional and very punctual, and when we arrived at the hotel everyone gave us such a warm welcome 🤍 Shoutout to him! He’s amazing. The reception staff Ngurah was very lovely too! The breakfast was amazing and had so many options, it almost felt like lunch haha. The pool is beautiful and I really liked the rooms too. No carpet, very clean, comfortable bed, good air conditioning and nice and quiet. The price was also really good. We booked the airport pick-up with them and definitely recommend doing it because it was easy and affordable. They also offer massages and other services which is a nice extra. Everyone was really lovely and we had a great stay.

⭐️ **1 Star — Very Disappointing Experience** Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had, especially for a **4-star hotel**. The room was extremely small and the bathroom had **no proper ventilation**. There was only a bathtub, with no normal floor/shower area, which made the bathroom quite inconvenient to use. The hotel also has many very **strict and unusual rules** that guests are expected to follow even after paying a premium price. On top of that, **laundry was charged separately**, which was another disappointment. But the most upsetting experience was when I was feeling unwell and simply asked the hotel restaurant for **some hot water**. I was told they could not provide it because **hot water was not on the menu**. For a hospitality business, refusing such a basic request to a sick guest because it isn't a menu item was extremely disappointing. Overall, the service and hospitality were nowhere close to what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. **Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend this hotel.** *

Very close to the airport, luxary yet cheap in price.. the staff are amazing, very helpful and nice. They do their best to accommodate their guest requests. Wifa was especially helpful, guarded my bags all day even after checkout and helped me organize my trip to visit cool places during the day! Thank you Wifa!
