I had a great stay here. The room was beautiful, and the service was excellent. I did have a small issue with some noise from other guests and a bit of noise from the workers, but the hotel staff were very understanding and handled it really well. They kindly moved me to a quieter, more comfortable room, which we really appreciated.
Overall, i had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again next time we’re in Bali!
Great stay organized by our travel agency! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers fantastic service. A special shout-out to our airport shuttle driver—he picked us up in a brand-new, spacious, and spotless car, and even offered to drop us off at a shop before heading to the airport so we could pick up some forgotten items!
Everything was lovely, except the pool closed a bit too early (we got turned away right after changing into our swimsuits). Overall, highly recommended!
Excellent stay in 4 star hotel with good location, good service, good food in breakfast. Staff really friendly especially the security on 3rd of June in evening Ibu Susanti very helpful with her beauty smile and when we are check out the security bapak arianto also very helpful. We are very happy and concerned because security are people who meet first with the guest. Thank you episode hotel we are happy and for sure we Will back to stay again. ❤️
I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. Every time has been exceptional. The staff are very well trained, rooms are clean, facilities are terrific, the buffet breakfast is superb and overall this hotel assists in making every stay outstanding. Management obviously places great importance on staff training, as staff in all positions are alert, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A true 5 star rating. Hasanah Harvey.
I had a wonderful experience here! The room was very clean and the decor is beautiful. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet has a lot of delicious options. I was offered a free upgrade on my room and they were very accommodating of my need to extend day-by-day. Close proximity to the hospital (right across the street) was essential as my partner was admitted to the ICU and I wanted to stay close by. Proximity to the Mall was also a bonus for purchasing essentials (right next door). Would highly recommend this spot!
