Destiny Villas And Residence Seminyak

I stayed in the motel for a night and it was comfy and location was convenient. It has just enough :) Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at destiny villas and residence for 7 days in villa no.3, we were a group of 5 adults. It was spacious and the entire upstairs area was the master suite with a large bathroom and tub. All of the downstairs rooms opened up onto the pool area and 2 more bathrooms downstairs. All bedrooms had aircon, and fans in the living area.The kitchen had a stove, full size fridge and a filtered hot and cold water dispenser. Included was a cooked breakfast delivered to our room every morning with some good choices. Out the front of the villas the was a Cafe and a bank with a safe ATM and directly across the road were 2 supermarkets which were very handy, short walk to restaurants. All of the staff were lovely and very attentive and the rooms were clean, the water from the shower in the master suite would run out all over the bathroom floor, and in one of the other bedrooms there was a large wet area on the wall probably from a roof leak. But other than those two small things which did not affect us enjoying our holiday, we had a great stay and would stay there again.

Very poor experience. The room had extremely cheap, low-quality furniture and the bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained. I genuinely don’t understand why this place is priced the way it is—it’s absolutely NOT WORTH the cost. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Would honestly put zero stars if that was possible. We booked for 2 weeks here and had to leave after 3 days. Our room was entered when we weren’t there and our suitcases had been gone through and personal belongings including important medication and clothing items were stolen. The staff were absolutely no help at all and when we asked to watch the cctv footage the cameras had been turned off during the specific period our stuff was taken. We stayed one more day and it happened again, medication including an epipen was once again taken so we had to leave and get a new villa. The staff admitted to us it was their fault but still refused a refund and refused to give us the owners contact. This is not acceptable at all and they need to do better.
