Extremely good value for money. Amazing pool, bar, breakfast area on rooftop. Plenty of seating, sunbeds, lounges. Shaded and not. Pillows and bed glorious. No balcony in superior room though so hard to dry things. Great day spa experience. Location is down a side lane but is short walk to street. Main dining places short grab away. Only con is terrible flooring around pool. Rickety wooden planks. Need an upgrade. Staff just beautiful
We really enjoyed our stay here and could see that the property is being managed by a young and dedicated team. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, and the room service and housekeeping teams did an excellent job.
A particularly thoughtful touch was when the team surprised my son with a birthday cake just before we checked out. It was such a lovely gesture and made his birthday even more special.
I’m truly thankful to the entire team for their kindness and for making our stay so memorable. We really appreciated their efforts and warm hospitality.
Extremely disappointing experience from the moment we arrived. We checked in at 2:00pm, but not a single one of our five booked rooms was ready. By 3:00pm only two rooms were available, and the remaining three weren't ready until 3:45 pm.
When we politely asked if there was any compensation for the long delay, we were told we'd receive complimentary beers on the rooftop. When we got there, the staff had no idea what we were talking about. We returned to reception and asked to speak with the manager, who refused to offer any solution. She then told us to wait in one of our rooms and said she would come and speak to us—but she never showed up.
To make matters worse, the rooms we did receive were unclean and had a strong musty smell.
We left and returned to the villa we had originally planned to leave because the customer service was so poor. Delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care made this one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. I would not recommend staying here, definitely not a 4 Star Hotel
Love this hotel in a fabulous location with complimentary buggy which drops you off whenever you want to go out. Rooftop pool with sun all day long and great prices for food and drinks. Rooms are a great size, very clean. The staff are great and the breakfast has lots of options with a great view. Highly recommend for groups, families, solo etc. Close to great restaurants clubs etc.
Amazing hotel and staff. The buffet breakfast was so delicious with so many options each day. Great view at breakfast each day. The pool is great, such a gorgeous spot. The food was really good. We found the staff to be so welcoming and kind, we really enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to stay again. Thanks so much team!
