Service was good room was nice and very clean no problems. There is a school opposite which made my every morning so nice to hear them playing and laughing. There is a lot a lot of food to eat around and spa too. Clubs are near as well swimming pool is clean. Breakfast was ok not bad they have local food and western but the view was 10/10 the tv only had local channels
I stayed at this hotel for one night and overall, it was a nice stay. The room could use a bit of refurbishment as some parts looked slightly damaged, but since I was only staying for one night, it wasn’t a big issue.
The rooftop bar and jacuzzi were definitely a highlight. The service was okay, although I think the staff could be a bit warmer and more helpful. Overall, a decent option for a short stay.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, when I first entered the room, I noticed some dust, so I think housekeeping could pay a bit more attention to cleanliness before check-in. The bathroom also showed signs of mold, although it may not be immediately noticeable because of the dim lighting. Aside from these issues, everything else was comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay. There’s room for improvement, but I would still consider staying here again.
We liked most things about this hotel, but ended up changing room two times. The water was leaking all through the bathroom from the shower cubic in the first room, and the bed and the sheets were all infected by bed bugs in the second one. The third room still had leaking cubic but since the bed was bugfree and we were tired of changing rooms, we stayed there in the remaining time.
We booked 4 rooms for 4 nights. Front officers and security officer were extremely nice. Rooms are quite great for the price. Standard bathroom amenities. The hot shower took around 5 min to work. But all of that were still acceptable, until we went for breakfast our first morning there. The buffet staffs are just terrible. They are not helpful nor friendly. And the food were just meh. The next morning, I politely asked them to send a simple breakfast set for my 80 year old mom, they simply said it cant be done. I argued and they insisted it is as per SOP. Will definitely not come back.
