D’nusa Beach Club And Resort

We had a pleasant visit to d’Nusa Resort, but I wouldn’t rush back. The good: beautiful views and pools. Lovely beach and friendly staff. Quiet location. Pickup and drop off from your ferry. The bad: Our room had an unpleasant sewer-like smell. The housekeeping didn’t come until the late afternoon. The resort overall looked tired and needed some maintenance. The included breakfast was just okay. We enjoyed the muesli more than anything else.

We would like to express our huge gratitude to Yuni — the h the very first day, Yuotel staff member who made our stay truly warm and carefree. Fromni took care of all the organization: check-in was quick and smooth, every question was resolved almost before we finished asking, and any request was handled before we even had a chance to worry about it. You could really feel that she loves her job and does it professionally, without any fuss or stiff formality. I especially want to mention her attitude toward guests. Yuni is incredibly friendly, polite, and always has a genuine smile — communicating with her was an absolute pleasure. We came here on our honeymoon, and the fact that they congratulated us on it was such a lovely surprise. It's these little touches that make you feel truly welcome, rather than just being processed through a checklist. The hotel itself is nothing but positives too: spotless cleanliness everywhere, daily housekeeping, well-kept grounds, everything neat and thoughtfully arranged. The staff as a whole is very responsive — if you need help with a transfer, excursions, or a recommendation on where to go, they'll advise you and organize everything. We'd especially recommend that future guests book a villa with a pool — it's a completely different level of relaxation. Your own private space, peace and quiet, and the chance to take a swim at any moment without leaving your villa. For a romantic getaway for two, it's the perfect choice, and we didn't regret it for a second. Yuni, thank you so much for your care and attention! We'll definitely be back, and we'll recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a fantastic 11 day stay here. The location is great, just at the edge of town so it’s much calmer but easy to walk to everything. The rooms and pools are lovely and the landscaping very pretty. The sunsets over the ocean are beautiful. But I especially want to say that the gentleman at the front desk and the chef Rizky and other chefs and waiters in the restaurant are great. The food is delicious and we especially enjoyed the sunset bbqs with live music - try the squid and prawns! And I want to especially highlight the restaurant manager, Nada, who made our stay so hospitable and remembered us every single time we came to the restaurant. Really a great guy, excellent at F&B and a wonderful asset to the business. We will definitely come back again!

I strongly encourage you stay at this beautiful resort. All of the staff were so friendly and attentive. Artha, the manager, was so kind and arranged a beautiful birthday surprise for me at breakfast, they even decorated my room with lovely flowers! As a solo traveller, I felt welcomed, safe and humbled by staying there. Location wise, it’s great. Right on the main strip where there’s restaurants, Warungs, bars, stores, massage places all in walking distance. Plenty of space out the front of the hotel to park a scooter if you hire one, the hotel also hires scooters if you wanted! I had a lagoon suite and loved it. The bed was comfortable, I had the lagoon pool to myself almost everyday as it wasn’t a busy time. The bathroom was great and the free standing bath with bath salts was a lovely touch. The hotel is lovely and clean, the room I had was so spacious. The balcony into the lagoon with a lounge was also a great touch. The pool overlooking the ocean was gorgeous, especially for sunsets, I had this to myself most times too. The cocktails were yum and the food was also delicious. I will be back for sure and I will be encouraging my family and friends stay here. Thank you to all the staff at D’Nusa Beach Club and Resort.
