The hotel was really nice. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and the grounds were beautiful. There’s a large communal pool. It’s located on a quiet street close to downtown. I definitely recommend it.
Our family of 21 had an incredible stay at Cicada Luxury Townhouses in Seminyak. We booked three villas one 3-bedroom villa and two 2-bedroom villas and everything exceeded our expectations. The villas were absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the photos on the website, which made us feel confident we had chosen the right place from the moment we arrived. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The airport pickup was seamless, and the warm welcome we received upon arrival made us feel at home right away. The team was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Even our transfer back to the hotel was perfectly organized. One of our favorite features was the pool area was beautiful it’s big and long and always peaceful and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight. Being able to order the night before was very convenient, and every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The hospitality from the staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone was friendly, warm, and always willing to help with a smile thank you so much to all of you! The location is also fantastic less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every evening. It’s also close to beach clubs, restaurants, shopping, and everything Seminyak has to offer, yet once inside the villa, it feels quiet, private, and relaxing. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely love to stay at Cicada Luxury Townhouses again on our next trip to Bali. Highly recommended!
Seldom a name was better chosen, the Cicada Luxury Townhouses, indeed are exactly that! Luxurious, spacious, small private pool, great beds and very kind staff, even for Bali standards. It is a nice and quiet retreat in the bustling setting of Seminyak. Personally, I loved the open-air shower and bath. We enjoyed the large central swimming pool, the lush, green garden and the excellent location, with the beach, shops, restaurants, only minutes away. Would we go back? Absolutely
This is one of my favorite hotels in Bali. The staff are incredibly friendly and highly professional, and the service is truly top-notch. The rooms are clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with fresh, fragrant towels and bed linen. The large swimming pool felt almost private most of the time, we had it all to ourselves. The highlight for me was the exceptionally comfortable bedding: soft pillows, cozy blankets, and perfectly crisp, spotless sheets. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
We LOVED this place and were sad to leave!! We had the 1 bedroom villa with private pool, it has two bathrooms (one just a toilet/basin) with all basic amenities included and breakfast daily. It was a private entrance down the road a little bit but felt totally safe. The staff were absolutely amazing and nothing seemed out of their way if we requested anything. The pick up from the airport was super easy to locate as well. We especially loved the ‘towel art’ that Suar made 😊 Cicada felt quite central to us with everything we needed in close range. A heap of eateries nearby or a short walk away. A place called Sukma was great for our iced coffees and smoothies in the morning. This place exceeded our expectations and we will be back 😊
