My stay at Candi Beach Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful! The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful ocean views, and lush, well-maintained gardens. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy Bali’s natural beauty, and spend quality time with loved ones. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to come back again!
Our second time here - wanted to stay somewhere else in Bali and decided on Candidasa. A great trip again - the resort is lovely. Beautiful gardens and pool the Beach Terrace restaurant is just lovely to sit around in and the hotel provided breakfast is probably the best hotel breakfast I've had anywhere in the world (love the egg bar where you can get eggs any way cooked to order) best bread I found in Bali too. If staying more than a few days recommended eating at one of the close by local restaurants- we found then great and very reasonably priced. Service is amazing at the resort and I shout out to Trisna again this year 🤗.
I’ve stayed at Candi Beach four times now, and I really like coming back. Over the years, I’ve grown very fond of the people here, and it feels like a second home to me.
I especially enjoy the quiet location, away from the busy mass-tourism areas. The drive from the airport takes around two hours, depending on traffic, but for me, the peaceful atmosphere is definitely worth it.
Regarding the Beach Restoration Project in the Candidasa area: This is a major government project aimed at protecting the beaches and coastline from erosion. During my stay, I didn’t experience any major noise or inconvenience. Occasionally, you might hear a passing excavator or a concrete mixer. The hotel is working closely with the government to keep the impact on guests to a minimum. They are also working to complete the project as quickly as possible so that access to the beach can be restored and the noise reduced.
A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my stay so wonderful. I made some new friends along the way this year and had some truly unique experiences that I’ll cherish for a long time. Since I spent quite a lot of time at the beach and pool area, I’d like to give a special thanks to Miarna and all the other pool attendants, as well as Wulan and the whole pool bar crew.
We stayed in a 265 sqm Luxury Pool Villa, and the experience was truly exceptional. The villa is stunning, extremely spacious and beautifully designed, with a large private swimming pool and wonderful outdoor spaces offering an outstanding level of privacy and comfort. Without a doubt, this was the highlight of our stay.
The Candi Beach Resort & Spa itself is set in beautiful surroundings. The tropical gardens are lush, wonderfully landscaped and very well maintained, while the resort’s two main swimming pools are both beautiful and extremely pleasant.
One point worth mentioning is that the ongoing construction work currently prevents access to the beach, which is unfortunate for a resort that normally enjoys such a privileged beachfront location.
Regarding the food, the restaurants and breakfast are good, although in our opinion they do not quite match the exceptional level of luxury and quality offered by the villa. A slightly more refined culinary experience would make the overall stay truly flawless.
Finally, a special mention must go to the entire staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely kind, attentive and highly professional, contributing greatly to the quality of our stay.
Despite the few points mentioned above, the outstanding Luxury Pool Villa, the beautiful tropical setting and the excellent staff fully deserve a 5-star rating.
Love this resort. Our 3rd stay. We booked through Luxury Escapes this time and had all-inclusive breakfast, dinner, nightly cocktail, a private cooking class and a 90 min massage. We loved it as usual.
The cooking class was great fun - thanks Bijou and Jaka - and our massage was perfect - thanks Alu and Tri. We stayed in a private pool villa which is beautiful quiet and perfect.
