Candi Beach Resort And Spa

Love this resort. Our 3rd stay. We booked through Luxury Escapes this time and had all-inclusive breakfast, dinner, nightly cocktail, a private cooking class and a 90 min massage. We loved it as usual. The cooking class was great fun - thanks Bijou and Jaka - and our massage was perfect - thanks Alu and Tri. We stayed in a private pool villa which is beautiful quiet and perfect. Thanks everyone, we will be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I accidentally booked the wrong dates for my stay, and I only realized it on the day of arrival. I contacted the hotel, and the team was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. They changed my reservation to the correct dates without any extra charge and even upgraded our room. The communication was fast, professional, and very friendly. They truly went above and beyond to help us, and we are so grateful for their outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation so easy. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali!

Wow! We stayed in a pool villa and it felt lush! Never did we ever have such a big bathroom… a double jacuzzi and a double shower. The outside private pool was amazing including the service (afternoon fresh towels and making the room). The communal pools also looked great but we did not use these. We also enjoyed our afternoon tea with snacks which was included in our package. The gardens are kept to perfection with beautiful palm trees and grass to play football with the kids. The biggest plus was the staff. So friendly and welcoming, each time you pass by. This place gets how important staff is! There are enough restaurants and small supermarkets in walking distance, although these are tourist places. An ATM is literally in front of the hotel. Although the beach is closed (like for most hotels), I would still recommend to go here! We loved our stay!

I enjoyed our stay with my family at this hotel. We had plenty to do. Playing football on the lawn was very nice. In the evenings we had different entertaining organized by the hotel (traditional dance, live band, etc.). Unfortunately, the hotel beach was closed due to government project but the hotel organized shuttle transport to a nearby beach that was very nice. Our shuttle driver Komang (bell boy/driver) was very nice. He spoke very well English and he could give us an insight into the life of the locals.
