A true five star resort with impecabbly maintained grounds. From the moment of arrival the hospitality was world class. Every staff member made eye contact and greeted guests with a seemingly genuine aura. Stayed in one of the mansions but even if you can only stay at the resort for one night I'd recommend it. All rooms have incredible views. Salam hangat!

Thank you so much for looking after our mini-stay at the resort. Our stay at Bvlgari Bali was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in such a warm and genuine welcome, and the stunning view we enjoyed with our welcome drink immediately set the tone for a perfect getaway. The entire experience was flawless, but we must highlight how incredibly helpful our butler, Jun, was throughout our stay; he truly went above and beyond. The dining was another major highlight—both breakfast and dinner were consistently amazing, and the ice cream is a must-try! It is no wonder why Bvlgari Bali is considered one of the best resorts in the world. Thank you so much to the entire team for the impeccable hospitality.

Our stay at Bvlgari Resort Bali was exceptional from start to finish. The resort is stunning, and our villa was beautiful with breathtaking views. The food was excellent and plentiful, especially the breakfast. The cocktails were great, and the spa experience was incredibly relaxing with amazing scenery. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member we met—from reception, drivers, restaurants, bars, beach, to housekeeping—was warm, friendly, and attentive. A special thank you to our butler Owen, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was always responsive, helpful, and made everything effortless for us. Overall, it’s a true luxury experience where both the facilities and service are outstanding. We would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Bvlgari Bali was luxury and comfort at its best. The service was spectacular, the food was delicious, and the cocktails were excellent. We also loved the little details and amenities left in the room throughout the stay. The resort has three restaurant options, which was great, although compared to some other resorts, the atmosphere is much quieter and more relaxed, without shows or entertainment. The only downside during our visit was that the funicular to the beach was suspended, so access to the hotel beach wasn’t available. As an alternative, the hotel offered complimentary transportation to a nearby beach club about 20 minutes away, which we appreciated. Overall, still an amazing experience.
