Nothing bad, all just went very good. Room was huge, cold, and comfort for stay 10 days with the kids. And the staff very helpfull and fast response when i need something. The location was strategic. It was my 2nd time staying here after 2 years, and nothing change everything was good. Thank you so much!!💖

The room was cozy, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt so relaxed throughout our stay. I am writing this feedback in good faith, hoping it helps management see what needs improving. We stayed in Room 238 for two nights, booked through our travel agent. From the outside, the hotel looked premium, and the reception staff gave us a detailed explanation of the hotel rules (a little too much) and other information when we checked in. Because of that, our expectations were quite high. Unfortunately, when we got into the room, the overall condition was below what we expected. The towels looked very old and had almost lost their white colour. They also did not seem to absorb water properly anymore. The bathroom cleanliness was a big concern. The basin had visible hair in it and did not look like it had been properly cleaned. It seemed like the area had just been wiped or dried, leaving dirt marks on both the basin and mirror. There was also an oily-looking cleaning product residue around the basin area, which looked like it had been left there instead of properly cleaned off. It gave the impression that the product was being used to hide marks and stains rather than actually clean the surface. The shower screen had a heavy build-up of dried soap scum and really needs a proper deep clean, maybe even chemical treatment or steam cleaning. The grout in both the toilet and bathroom areas was dirty and black in several places, which suggests it has not been properly maintained for quite some time. The bathroom basin and shower drains also seemed partly blocked, as the water drained very slowly. During normal use, like washing your face or taking a shower, water built up very quickly. The bedding was another issue. The bedsheet and quilt/throw looked old and discoloured, with visible stains on the top surface. I have uploaded a photo for reference. The room also seemed to have an internal connecting door to another room, which caused a lot of noise transfer. We could clearly hear conversations and other activities from the next room, which affected the comfort of our stay. The breakfast area in the morning also needs attention and better organisation. In the salad section, gnats were flying around and landing on the food, which made it look very unhygienic and raised concerns about food safety. Overall, it seems the hotel management has not kept up proper standards when it comes to room cleanliness, bedding quality, hygiene, and general upkeep of the property. The hotel may not survive long with the same conditions.
