A lovely place to stay with the family, featuring a private pool that offers a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The beautiful surroundings, filled with frangipani and hibiscus flowers, add to the charm of the place. The room and bed were comfortable, and the amenities provided were more than sufficient for our stay. However, if you are staying with friends, do note that there are no doors separating the bathroom and the bedroom (at least for the villa I stayed in)
The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful place for a relaxing family getaway!
Convenient location, friendly staff, well appointed rooms and comfortable beds! I personally enjoyed having the private pool the most. Surprisingly quiet, we slept well in the 3 nights we were there - we were probably the noisiest ones there (chatting & laughing in pool at night). Our villa was right at the end/deepest side of Bracha Villas.
The rooms and private pool are great, very spacious with massive bathrooms, and the lounge room makes the place very spacious.
The staff were fantastic and very attentive, we had an issue with the water dispenser and it was replaced within 15 mins.
The private pool as honestly a great size, not massive but not too small either.
As for the location, it is behind one of the main strips, just up from Seminyak Square, plenty of great restaurants within a roughly 5 min walk. The villas themselves were tucked back enough from the street to not hear any of the road noise.
Walking down the nearest side street about 200m will get you onto the main road most things are, and for the beaches I would recommend a grab/taxi/bike.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Bali. The location is excellent—close to everything you need while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were outstanding, and the villa was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable.
The only downside was the dining options. Breakfast was available but had to be ordered in advance, and there was no in-room dining service for lunch or dinner. Adding more food options would make the experience even better.
Overall, a great place to stay with fantastic amenities and an ideal location. 😊
This is our second time staying at Bracha Villa in Seminyak and it just keeps getting better. The villa is fantastic value for money and feels like such a peaceful private retreat right in the heart of Seminyak.
The pool in the villas is still my absolute favourite in Bali, it’s the perfect size, beautifully designed, and so relaxing to lounge around all day. We barely left the villa some days because it’s just that good.
The staff are genuinely very friendly and helpful, always smiling and making sure everything is taken care of. Location-wise, it’s super convenient, there’s a mini mart right next door for quick snacks and drinks, and a great Chinese restaurant just across the road which we ended up eating at several times (the food is excellent and well-priced).
If you’re looking for a comfortable, great-value villa in Seminyak with an outstanding pool and friendly service, Bracha Villa is a winner. We’ll definitely be back for a third stay!
