Blue Point Resort And Spa

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Point Resort in Uluwatu! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the cliffs and waves of Uluwatu are truly unforgettable. We chose the Deluxe Suite Garden, and the room was incredible, very spacious, comfortable and perfect for our stay. The service was exceptional from start to finish, with everyone being so attentive, welcoming and kind. The location, the views and the hospitality made our experience even more special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Uluwatu! 🌊❤️

Its been my 4th year in sequence to stay with them at Blue Point. Every stay i feel myself at home. So perfect the way that staff takes care of us. Always have smile in theirs faces and whatever i needed they where ready to attend. One of the greatest point for me ir the breakfast that is really good, specially the granola that they produce themselves. With that wonderfoul view. Also the great care that the manager Made is always listening the guests opinions to be improving and getting better every point. Hope next year can be back there with them again. Terima Kashi🙏🏽

My friend and I had a lovely stay and the blue point resort. We utilised their facilities by lounging by the pool, getting massages, partying at single fin and we had the best time. Without fail Debby at reception greeted us with the warmest smile and was extremely helpful. Would 100% stay again for my next trip to Uluwatu.

Not worth the money. The hotel itself is just okay. The rooms are outdated, basic, and have nothing particularly special considering the price. The main selling point is supposed to be access to the infinity pool and FINNS, but in reality, hotel guests can barely use it. I want to emphasize that the hotel staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the experience at FINNS was the complete opposite. Upon arrival, the “welcome drinks” were served in paper cups, which was disappointing given the premium image the hotel tries to project. The biggest issue was access to the infinity pool. We were told that sunbeds must be reserved 24 hours in advance. This means that if you check in at 3 PM, you essentially cannot use the pool that day. Even though there were multiple empty sunbeds available, the FINNS staff preferred to sell them to outside guests rather than accommodate hotel guests. We were actually asked to leave a sunbed area despite several beds remaining empty afterward. The food and beverage experience was also poor. We ordered tacos and quesadillas; the tacos arrived about 20 minutes before the quesadillas, meaning one person had already finished eating before the other meal arrived. To make matters worse, the lettuce in the tacos was still covered in dirt. The cocktails were also disappointing and poorly made. The following morning, we returned around 10 AM hoping to use the pool. The venue was nearly empty, yet we were again denied access to available sunbeds because we did not have a reservation. At that point, it became clear that hotel guests are not actually able to enjoy the facilities that are heavily advertised. I even tried leaving my belongings nearby so I could use the pool, despite the presence of monkeys around the property, but staff immediately complained. They repeatedly pushed paid options and suggested lockers, even though I was already a paying hotel guest. It felt as though every interaction was focused on extracting more money rather than providing service. In the end, the hotel sells the idea of exclusive access to a premium infinity pool and beach club experience, but that was not the reality we experienced. The secondary hotel pool is in poor condition, the property feels very dated, and the main attraction is effectively unavailable unless you plan your entire stay around reservations. Overall, the hotel does not provide value for the price, and I would not stay here again.
