Loved this place. Will definitely be back. Came here with my husband and my parents and we just loved everything about it. The staff are so friendly and the resort is right by the beach. Loved the pool and the milkshakes and fries at the swim up bar. Love that the staff walk around the pool area to take your order for anything. Loved the breakfast buffet and all the greenery around the resort. Can't wait to come back again!
An Absolutely Amazing Family Stay!We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this resort with the family and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The hospitality is truly the very best—the staff made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was very good with a great mix of options, and it is definitely worth trying! The views were beautiful, and the pool area was incredibly neat and clean. Our kids had so much fun playing there. Highly recommended for families!
I stayed at Bintang Bali Resort for a work conference, so I didn't get to experience it as a typical holiday resort, but I honestly had a really good stay. The hotel definitely has an older feel to it, so if you're expecting a brand-new luxury resort, this isn't that. Personally though, I actually liked it. It has a lot of character, plenty of greenery, and a much more relaxed atmosphere than some of the newer hotels around Kuta. It felt peaceful, and I enjoyed that slower pace. The conference facilities were great too. There were plenty of meeting rooms, everything was well organized, and the staff were always helpful. A huge thank you to the concierge team as well. I had more than 30 packages arriving over about four days, and they handled everything without any issues. They accepted my prepaid deliveries, kept everything safely stored until I could collect them, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. I really appreciated how accommodating they were. Overall, if you don't mind a hotel with a bit of age and character, I think this is a great place to stay. This is conscious tourism too to some extend. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and I'd happily stay here again.
Huge Place with so many rooms and so many guests You dont realise that until you hit the breakfast. Rooms are clean ans staff is polite. Huge pool area to dip in water and an attached beach makes this a perfect choice in kuta. There is a spa as well in case you love to relax. There are plenty of shops, mall. Laundry and marts just at walking distance, so it all sorted. Food in breakfast can have some more vegetarian options we felt.rest all good
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was great as it was close to the beach, shopping centres, restaurants and the airport. This is the only hotel I managed to find with interconnecting rooms for those who are travelling with kids. The rooms were quite spacious and clean but could help with some updating. The pool was good but was quite deep for young kids to stand, play or hang around. The hotel mentions about a private beach area, but that area was not that private and there are a lot of locals in that area, and it doesn't extend up to the water. The beach in front of the hotel was also very dirty. Breakfast buffet was good. They offered a wide variety of food options. We were also lucky enough to experience a local fire dance at the pool site. It was awesome. You could also enjoy fireworks display at night. Overall good experience and thank you for the hotel for allowing us a late check-out.
