Great value “5 star”, everything works and is well within competitive pricing. If you are looking for the luxury feel as well as the looks, this may not be your spot.
On paper this place looks amazing, in fact upon arrival it look amazing, but the housekeeping and restaurant staff need some training or extra help.
Facilities are ok, gym and pool, food is good from the kitchen however the breakfast is not what I would call 5 star.
Overall great stay and competitive pricing. The location requires commuting to get out of “old town”.

The walls are paper thin and other guests staying at the hotel are inconsiderate. They will let their kids scream and yell in the hallways at 7am, and i cannot get a good nights sleep. You can hear everything from doors slamming to your neighbors showering to people talking outside your door. I also found bunched long hair on the ground of my room so i think they don’t clean it thoroughly enough.
The sink water pressure also needs to be adjusted so it doesnt blast you if you turn it to max. Meanwhile water pressure on the showers was ok but kinda weak. The only reason i’m not giving it 1* is the front desk staff, who helped me change to a corner room that thankfully was quieter. They were also very helpful in general and courteous.
I only stayed at Dream of Aventus for a short time and it was my first trip overseas, but the whole team made me feel right at home on arrival. felt safe, comfortable and genuinely looked after from the moment I arrived.
The service was excellent and the staff were always friendly, helpful and willing to go out of their way for me. Joni and the staff made the whole experience even better. Everything you need is taken care of.
Great food, great pool, great rooms, great massage, great people.
Staying here made me want to come back to Bali, and when I do, I will definitely be staying at Dream of Aventus again.

Cons :
- Dirty rooms, hair and dust everywhere
- "5 stars" but use split systrm aircon, which is dripping
- Towel is yellowish
- Glass on breakfast got other people lipstick !
- Hair on the food.
Rooms were clean, staff are friendly, Johnny was very nice and drove us to the airport. Housekeeping could be better, they just make bed and leave. I wanted fresh linen and towel but didn’t get. Breakfast buffet was nice.
My only down side is that the pool is used for the locals to buy entry for swim classes and leisure. I would prefer private pool for my holiday to have cocktails but it always busy with locals so I went to beach clubs.
