We really enjoyed our stay at Beachwalk Residence! The room (3- Bedroom Grand Suite) was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. It was also very clean, which was a big plus for us as we were travelling with our baby who had just started crawling, so cleanliness was really important.
The service was great too! Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Location was super convenient, right next to Beachwalk Shopping Center and just opposite Kuta Beach. The only downside is the traffic around the area, which can get pretty bad throughout the day, so do expect some jams if you're heading out by car.
Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely come back again!
We had two nights of absolute nightmare!
Immediately after checking in, we noticed that the sugar in our room had been eaten and chewed by a mouse. We reported the issue to reception straight away and hoped it would be resolved.
Unfortunately, when we returned to the room at around 10 PM, the sugar had been replaced, but it had been chewed by a mouse again. The following day, the exact same thing happened: we reported the problem again, went out for a walk, and when we returned, the sugar had once again been chewed.
What was most disappointing was that, despite reporting the problem several times, we were not even offered the option of changing rooms. We expected a proper solution to be offered immediately, especially given the seriousness of the situation.
It was only on the third day, when we checked out, that the sugar remained untouched. Perhaps by then they had finally managed to find the mouse or get rid of it.
It is completely unacceptable for a property to have a problem like this and, even more so, for it to happen repeatedly after being reported, without offering the guests a proper solution.
Unfortunately, the two nights we spent here were a complete nightmare and left us with a very bad impression.
Excellent location, friendly staff, we had the three bedroom. It has all the facilities including washing machine and dryer.
A PlayStation 5 ,projector, chess and other entertaining items gives extra credit to place

Very new hotel, clean and the staffs are very friendly. Take note thy will use whatsapp to comunicate rather then a land line phone that makes you able to talk to them even you are not at the hotel. My 3 bedder suite comes complete with a washing machine and dryer. The toilet bowl comes with butt spray. The hotel is integrated with a very mordern mall that houses many good brands and restaurant. There is a supermarket in the building as well. Great for big family. Thank you for the birthday cake even though my name was abit wrongly spelt.

We had a very satisfying 3-night stay at Beachwalk Residence in their Two-Bedroom Suite. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable for our group. What truly stood out was the service; the hotel staff never disappointed us with our ad-hoc requests, providing fast and professional responses every time. The breakfast spread was impressive and constantly replenished, so food was always fresh and available. Plus, the direct link to Beachwalk Mall made shopping and dining so convenient. Highly recommended!
