It is absolutely nothing like the photos. It falls way below expectations. All the furniture is old, the management is very poor, the bathtub is extremely dirty, and the shower area is also very unhygienic, with algae and grime accumulated everywhere. Overall, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
The location is also a big drawback. The property is very far from the city, shopping areas, and major tourist attractions, making it highly inconvenient and time-consuming to travel anywhere.
Overall, this property is not worth the money at all. There are geckos inside the villa roof. Which are very dangerous. And service people say its safe which is not accepted. We are out whole night just bcz of lizards and geckos. Manager should maintain it properly There are far better options available in Ubud that offer better service, location, and value.

We stayed here for 2 days as part of our Bali trip booked through the 30 Sundays agency, and honestly, this was a disappointing experience.
While the room itself was decent, almost everything else fell below expectations. The swimming pool is extremely small and not as appealing as shown.
A floating breakfast was supposed to be arranged on the first day, but it was not provided due to weather conditions. What is more concerning is that the hotel informed the agency that it had been arranged, which is completely misleading.
The breakfast quality and quantity were very poor—only 2–3 items with very limited portions. Definitely not what you expect when paying a premium amount.
Another major issue is basic amenities. Providing only a 300 ml water bottle per person for the entire stay is unacceptable.

Overall, this property is not worth the money at all. There are far better options available in Ubud that offer better service, location, and value.

Property is very decent but needs furniture to be changed as its very old and evident. Maybe they are changing but not sure. Breakfast is decent with 3-4 options. There is no elevator to go down which is very problematic when it comes to going up so i hope they look into it. Overall a good experience.
