Stayed here for one night after a long and tiring 3 day trip and it was perfect - comfortable bed, clean room, good shower, delicious room service, and brilliant staff (who even gave us late check out and helped book us a taxi to the airport). 10/10!
Surprisingly, very clean & helpfull staff. We are here for school competition & the kids was got a lot of helps from all of the staff. From the dawn morning mealbox, aditional boil eggs for the kids energy until they help provide free space for extra training. Its amazing
Nice place, strategic location 2 min walk to Trans Studio Mall. Very clean, cozy, and we love it. Great place for family with kids. All the staff are friendly and super helpful. 100℅ recomended!!
This hotel was booked by my husband as we had to visit a local hospital due to a medical emergency. We booked it on the same day, intending to stay for just one night, as we had been staying in Ubud and it was already too late to travel back to our villa. The hotel had surprisingly good reviews, which is why we felt confident booking it.
Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed. The room looked old, poorly maintained and generally not taken care of. There was a very strong smell of mold and humidity throughout the room. The bedsheets had small stains that looked similar to blood, while the bathroom was extremely dirty.
The cupboards in the toilet were filthy and rusty, and one of them appeared to have been permanently shut, presumably to prevent guests from seeing the condition underneath the sink. I tried opening it and was shocked by the amount of humidity and mold inside. The taps were covered in limescale, the shower was yellow and visibly dirty, and they didn’t even provide fresh toilet paper. The roll appeared to have been used by previous guests, with only a few sheets remaining.
Unfortunately, my husband and I had no other option but to stay, as it was already 1 a.m. and we did not feel comfortable taking a taxi back to Ubud at that time. However, the experience was extremely unpleasant.
The room was uncomfortable and far from clean. The walls were very thin, and we could clearly hear people walking in the corridor. The air conditioning was also extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax or sleep. Overall, the hotel was simply terrible to stay in.
What concerns me most is that the hotel has such good reviews online, as the reality was completely different from what we expected. Based on the photos, location and supposed amenities, it appears to be a great deal, but the actual condition of the property was shocking.
I would seriously recommend avoiding this hotel. What looks online like a pleasant and affordable place to stay felt, in reality, like a dystopian horror hotel where anything could happen. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance and basic hygiene was completely unacceptable.

Ministry of health should check it out and world health organisation should check their shower gel that makes me snezze. I dont like image on the restaurant wall with old womans thats showing hands... icecream feidge on the entryway to the hotel is a gas trap should not be there. This ia hufe hotel with no people and dead tree on the swimming pool area. I do not recommend it for turist only for police and military family...
