Amazing resort, we had a fabulous room, beautifully furnished and super clean.
The hotel staff are a credit to the resort and the food is top class.
My only reservation to potential visitors is you need to be reasonable mobile. The resort is set in a steep sided valley. There is a buggy service from the main hotel buildings to the accommodation but you still need to be OK with steps, there are no lifts or rooms with level access.
If you can cope with the terrain then go for it, the place is worthy of a visit.
We absolutely loved this resort! Service was fantastic! Resort is absolutely beautiful, insane views, beautiful pool, rooms etc. Feels like one of the better values for the price I found when looking as well. We wanted something that felt very Bali and this was definitely it! Was a very quiet and laid back vibe and that was great for us.

We stayed at Ayung Resort Ubud for five days and had such a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, especially the décor and all the little details throughout the property, but what impressed us the most was definitely the service.
Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always smiling. What really surprised us was how everyone seemed to know us by name. It’s such a small detail, but it makes the whole experience feel so personal and special… you genuinely feel like you’re being looked after in a palace.
The food was also excellent. Everything we ordered was delicious and very well served, and the drinks were amazing too. The level of service throughout our entire stay was exceptional.
A very special thank you to Agus and Indrawan, who took such great care of us and made us feel so welcome. They were both wonderful and definitely made our stay even more memorable.
We had a beautiful five days here and would absolutely recommend Ayung Resort Ubud to anyone visiting Ubud 💚
Great experience for someone that is looking for piece and quiet.
Resort is wonderful, you are literally in the middle of the jungle, enjoying the nature noises.Facilities are full of statues and carvings.
I can't praise enough the staff working in Ayung. They are all very hard working people that make the whole experience just amazing. They go beyond to meet your needs.
Breakfast, lunch or dinner is pure master class! Tasty and presented so well. It's not a hotel experience, it's a high standard restaurant experience, purely due to wonderful people.
