Overall, I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel.

The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and nice and cool. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay.

The service was generally very good. The bellboy was especially friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Really appreciate the hospitality from the staff.

The location was great and convenient.
The breakfast also had a lot of variety, and the food selection was really good.
One small thing that could be improved was the check-in experience. The female receptionist who assisted me seemed a little unfriendly and not very welcoming. Usually, especially at a larger hotel, I would expect some basic information to be provided during check-in, such as check-in/check-out times, breakfast hours, and other general hotel information. This time, I was simply checked in and directed to my room without much information.
It may seem like a small thing, but in hospitality, these little details can really make a difference in the guest experience.
That said, overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Hopefully, next time the check-in experience can be a little warmer and more welcoming. 😊
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel not even 3?
There’s stains on the bed sheet and pillow covers. Things in the bathroom are worn. All the towels looks grey a bit damp. A lot of mosquitoes in the room. The hairdryer in the bathroom will automatically turned off after 15 seconds. The other hairdryer provided is super weak. Will definitely not a choice at all
Very enjoyable! Had an amazing time at the hotel, friendly staff and good service. I mainly had contact with Pendi who was very helpful and informative. Everyday there are clean towels, water and whatever else you would need. They have a decent gym and a massage parlour in the building which I made use of. Many activities are relatively close by aswell as malls and restaurants. Overall a good hotel to stay and enjoy your vacation.
Had a wonderful stay at Aston Hotel & Convention Center Denpasar. The overall experience was awesome, with comfortable rooms, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast at the restaurant was also very good, offering a nice variety of delicious food. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays in Bali!
Aston Hotel is by far one of the best accommodations ive stayed in Bali.
First things first the rooms are clean and floorplan for our family is perfect. Digital TV works in all 3 rooms and the bed in my opinion was so comfortable I normally have trouble sleeping on holidays but not here.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Food in the restaurant from breakfast to the dinner menu is 5 star.
