The hotel facilities are absolutely wonderful—truly impeccable. As a returning guest, I was treated to a lovely high tea, brought right to my room as a complimentary gesture. The entire staff is polite, kind, and clearly well-trained. The sunset view from the rooftop is stunning, and enjoying a welcome drink up there is a fantastic experience. Aston Canggu is a personal favorite of mine; there is simply nothing to complain about. The location is also excellent, with the beach, restaurants, and everything else close by. A special thank you to Acik and Ryan for their exceptional hospitality!

Staff very friendly and welcoming, breakfast very tasty - you have great massages and market places around as well. If you are in Cenggu to party and surf, this is the perfect location as you are literally facing clubs and the surf beach. However this means that the rooms are very noisy - they changed the room for us as we couldn't sleep but we could still hear slightly almost all night.
I highly recommend staying at Aston Hotel in Bali. From the moment I arrived, the service team made me feel incredibly welcome. They were attentive, efficient, and resolved my issues promptly—including seamlessly issuing a full refund when I accidentally double-booked my stay. Their diligent follow-up was greatly appreciated. The swimming pool was impeccably clean and well-maintained.

Location is great, and it is lovely to come to a clean, calm chill zone. Sunset from the pool/restaurant was great, awesome view. The staff all go above and beyond, especially Dowa our room attendant!
