Ashanti Villa Ubud

We booked this place for a few night stay in the middle of our holiday in Sanur. Got picked up from Sanur and driven up there with the driver insisting we have lunch at a particular warung on the way. It was very obvious he got a kick back from this and we were all over it so only ordered spring rolls. Once back in the car his ability to converse dropped right off and he was working out his percentage right in front of us. Wouldn’t take us to a shop for supplies etc. ok whatever. Then we get to Ashanti villas and get the room which wasn’t the one we were expecting. Pool was dirty and construction noise in the next block. Room was nice enough. Shops fairly close but we decided to get driven back to our favourite place in Sanur within two hours. Ubud is not what it used to be way too busy for us. Unfortunately we forked out money for a place we didn’t like. But that’s life

Beautiful and very comfortable private villa with a private swimming pool. The staff that works here is truly wonderful, extremely caring and they make this place magical! Our stay was 1000/ 10 ✨!

Very nice, stylish and clean villa with private pool! Thanks to Ketut and all the guys that took care of us. Very good location. Looks much better than on the photos. Very nice breakfast. There is a private parking where I could park my scooter but if you rented a car, which is not recommended, there is enough space.

Lovely villa/room with a private pool — peaceful and secluded, yet perfectly located in the heart of Ubud. Excellent value for money, and Ketut and the team go above and beyond to arrange anything you need.
