Artotel Sanur Bali

My Stay at ARTOTEL Sanur, Bali | 5–7 October 2026 I had a wonderful stay at ARTOTEL Sanur, Bali, from 5 to 7 October. What makes this hotel special is its unique blend of art, creativity, and contemporary design. From the architecture to the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the property, every corner has its own character and artistic charm. One of my favorite things about staying here was the location near Sanur Beach. The mornings were especially lovely, with beautiful sunrises, a refreshing sea breeze, and the authentic local atmosphere of Sanur. It was wonderful to see people enjoying their morning activities along the beach. Another highlight of my stay was the massage experience, which was absolutely relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to Leksi for the warm hospitality and the wonderful massage. I truly enjoyed the experience and appreciated the care and friendliness throughout the session. I would also like to thank the entire reception team for being so welcoming and friendly, both during check-in and check-out. Your warm smiles and excellent hospitality made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. A very special thank you to Ms. Nimas for arranging my staycation at ARTOTEL Sanur and making this lovely experience possible. I truly appreciate your kindness and thoughtful arrangements. Overall, ARTOTEL Sanur offers a wonderful combination of art, comfort, relaxation, and genuine Balinese hospitality. My wife and I recently stayed at Artotel Sanur, and really enjoyed our time there. 🤩 The staff are so welcoming and everyone’s service was genuinely warm, friendly and attentive. The clearing of plates may even be a little fast on some occasions haha, but you are always made to feel welcomed, at ease and comfortable. The rooms and property was really clean, and our bed was super comfortable. The location of the hotel is also amazing and perfectly positioned for a Sanur stay. Liked the Rooftop pool area a lot, and it was beautiful to relax there in the sun and take a dip in the pool. Great breakfast - everything was fresh and the selection differed a little from one day to the next. The coffee was definitely some of the better we’ve had in Bali too. ☕️ Highly recommend for a more boutique stay with charm, personality. A couple of small enhancements like more clarity with charging to the room at check-in, but the staff were the stand-out and they were very good with feedback and putting the guest first. Hope to make it back to Artotel next time we visit Sanur.

Lovely modern hotel close to beach and shops. Service exceptional. Constantly cleaning the floors. Breakfast was amazing and had yakult which was a nice touch. Free bottled water in room and beauty products. No Signage at front eye level so hard to find in a car. Pool is good but the wooden deck is nearly dangerous and needs to be replaced. The centre of the whole hotel is open to the roof so you will hear the entertainment in the restaurant and echo noises in every room.

Room size 55 - was huge and super comfortable. Breakfast was incredible. Plenty of options and unlimited espresso coffee included. The staff were so friendly and they couldn’t do enough for you. Location was fantastic. A great part of Sanur! Steps to the beach, cafes, bars and warungs. The pool area on the roof was breezy and wasn’t really big enough for everyone wanting to use it. It was a race for loungers at certain times of day. The middle of the hotel is artistically hollow up through all of the floors…this acts as a funnel for noise from the bar and our room was quite noisy on the weekend.
