I loved my stay at ARTOTEL! The bed was extremely comfortable, the pool is lovely, and the staff are extremely helpful. The cafe next door is great and the onsite spa offers massages and other treatments. ARTOTEL is a ten min walk to the sacred monkey Forrest and a very close walk to lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, and a supermarket. I stayed here for a few days while I volunteered at BAWA, and it was approx 15 min ride from hotel to BAWA each day. Highly recommend 🙏
This was my first trip to Bali and first time solo travelling. I had a wonderful stay at Artotel Ubud I felt safe and well looked after. The staff were so lovely and super friendly. The restaurant Flock next door has amazing food and staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. Everyone at the hotel and Flock were super! I had a ride to Seminyak with Putu he was amazing! We stopped at waterfall on the way that was a perfect little hidden gem. Putu shared his knowledge about Bali and love of culture and traditions and his favourite place in Bali - UBUD 🥰 Highly recommend!!
I originally came here just for the private spa upstairs, but quickly realized the hotel itself is an absolute hidden gem. The space design is stunning, featuring a huge, relaxing pool area and an incredible set of unique bamboo stairs that guide you right up to the spa. Speaking of the spa, Kamalika Spa—I highly recommend booking a session. I loved it so much I ended up coming here twice in a row. It is literally the best thing you can do on a hot Bali afternoon. You also cannot beat this location. It is incredibly central, within walking distance to tons of great coffee shops, restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk to Yoga Barn. There’s even a great American bistro right next door with a very Instagrammable setup and excellent Western food options. Next time I'm staying in Ubud, I will absolutely be booking a room here!
It is new, very clean, organised and high attention to details. They even had towel art, a lovely spa, free yoga and security. Highly recommend this place. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Also very responsive to texts. The location is great - close to yoga barn and sayuri so for me it was great but also the rooms were super quiet.
I had an amazing stay here! Great location to walk most of Ubud town. Rooms are clean and world class. The service was the most outstanding part - all hotel staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and proactive in ensuring that guests have a great stay. Putu is an amazing driver and tour guide. He is very knowledgeable of the best places to go, routes to take, and truly cares for the guests. He made my trip to Ubud wonderful and a once in a lifetime experience. While in the hotel, Lai made sure all guests felt welcome and taken care of, also providing great recommendations on how to spend time in Bali. Can’t wait to come back and visit again!
