Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud

We had a wonderful stay at Arkamara Hotel. The location is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery that feels like you’re in the middle of a tropical jungle. It’s not too far from Ubud Center, although the traffic can be quite heavy at times. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to relax. The swimming pools were also very clean and well maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service—the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always happy to help. We also found the prices to be very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. The only area that could be improved is the food. While it was acceptable, we expected a higher standard from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Arkamara Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature in Ubud.

Our stay at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is magnificent, surrounded by lush forest, creating a peaceful and magical atmosphere. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The swimming pool is beautiful, and the view from our room's terrace was simply breathtaking. Waking up to the sounds of nature every morning was an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was generous and absolutely delicious, with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone. We also had the opportunity to experience the spa, and it was amazing. I tried one of the massage treatments, and it was incredibly relaxing. The therapist was professional and skilled, leaving me feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. It was truly one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel at home throughout our stay. We also booked a temple tour with the hotel's guide, and it was fantastic. We were able to choose the places we wanted to visit, making the experience personalized and enjoyable. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made our day truly memorable. We highly recommend Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud to anyone looking for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature, exceptional hospitality, and a memorable spa experience. We would definitely love to come back!

We spent 4 nights of our honeymoon here and it was one of the best places we ever stayed at! Starting from the beginning we felt very familiar with everyone, they’re incredibly welcoming and always happy to help with any inquiries we had. Special thanks to Dwik, Yogik, Dedox, Sinta, Narmada and all the staff that made us feel like home. The rooms were large, bright, clean and very well equipped, we had everything we needed, and the view from the balcony was the cherry on top. The restaurant never disappointed! We had some very delicious dinners here and the breakfast was also very diverse. The rooftop was also a nice attraction for us, we enjoyed local drinks and had a great live music company. Both the restaurant and the bar are having different interesting entertainment events every day, which indulged us into the local culture. The pool is a whole oasis in the middle of the jungle. Moreover, the location is quite close to the city center and the best part is that they provide free bus shuffle at multiple scheduled hours, which was sooo helpful and fun! I cannot recommend more this place! We’ll always come back here whenever we’ll be in Bali again!

We had a wonderful stay at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud. The hotel is located in the middle of the jungle, creating a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. We stayed in a ground-floor terrace room, which was spacious, very well maintained, and opened directly to the garden and pool area. The garden was lovely, and the pool itself was large, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast area is located next to the pool with stunning jungle views. Breakfast is ordered from a menu and served fresh to your table. We appreciated the variety of options available, as there were choices suitable for guests from many different countries and cultures. We also attended the Italian Night at the rooftop restaurant. The buffet was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They made us feel at home throughout our visit. We also used the laundry service and were very satisfied with both the quality and convenience. The following points are not negatives, but they may be useful for future guests. The hotel is somewhat isolated, so you will likely need a scooter or a car if you want to explore the surrounding area. In addition, the road leading to the hotel was quite dark and secluded at night, and due to ongoing roadworks, some sections were in poor condition during our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again.
