The staff were very kind and accommodating. But other than that, I hated this place. I don't know how it has such a high rating. The rooms are bizarre, it's like sleeping in a conservatory. Everything needs deep cleaning. The energy is dark and gloomy. I couldn't wait to leave, sorry.
Julie and madi and the rest of the staff make this special little quiet location a sanctuary of safety and community that will only get in a location like this im a single father of two daughters and they took care of my kids and myself like family
beautiful stay with a gorgeous pool, daily servicing and cutest walkways. staff were all lovely and provided recommendations and everything we asked with a smile! showers could use a good scrub and safe wasn’t working (not that we felt we needed it once the room was locked) but everything else was clean and tidy and the rooms had large beds, fridge/freezer, storage and were roomy! would definitely stay again and recommend!!
AVOID THIS HOTEL! SAFETY and CLEANLINESS issues are glaring! 😱 See photos. It was so unlivable that I checked out the same morning I checked in. Greatly DISAPPOINTED no compensation given from the hotel. Hotel was fully booked and I was told there was no refund due to no cancellation policy. Sliding door to the outdoor balcony couldn’t be lock which could easily allow for possible break-ins as there is public walkway leading to the balcony. Glass shower door was hazardous as the hinges were on the verge of falling out and could result in fatal injury. Pillow case had stains. Bed had lizard droppings. Bathtub was filthy. Jacuzzi was unusable. Only hot water came out of the tap.
Decent for the price. Nice pool and staff. To tucked away down from everything so it’s quite but for sure need a scooter or transportation if you stay here. When checking in had a few issues- but they addressed them pretty quickly. 1- safe didn’t work (low battery) so they just gave me the master key 2- house keeping didn’t do a good job flipping the too. As the sheets where dirty, hair and dirt and a piece of plastic between sheets. They came and changed everything on the bed. Bedding and towels are probably due to get replaced as there are stains on them. Room was spacious, had a fridge and hbo and English tv. Make sure to check door locks as some are not working the best and don’t lock when you think they are. Overall give them a 6 out of 10 for the money. Just moved to a nicer more centralized villa for less money and it’s more modern and comes with breakfast
