Apart-hotel Club Bali Family Suites

We had the BEST time at Club Bali!! The Hotel is a Beautiful Palace and the rooms are fabulous, and has a fantastic room service 😀!!! The Staff are absolutely 💯 wonderful and cater to their customers needs!! Reina, Julius, the Manager Irywan, Ray, Nyorman, have given us EXCELLENT service and catered to our request for a larger room. Prompt service from all the Staff at all times was wonderful!! The location of the Hotel near the shopping and restaurants, etc is excellent and in walking distance to everything!! The pools and restaurants at the Jayakata Hotel where Club Bali is situated is sensational with 4 Beautiful Pools, Restaurants, and Poolside Service were magnificent...you don't even need to leave the resort as it has everything you need in the grounds of the Hotel. The nightly Dinner Buffets with entertainment are sensational as is the delicious buffet breakfast with the most beautiful Gardens i have ever seen. Great pool facilities, the kitchen and food also great. Our room was outdated.

Room was old and all the furniture and tiles falling apart. Air conditioner leaked, so staff turned it off. 🤷. Lift out of action so we couldn't go to out room in our wheelchair. Asked for hair dryer and they said dont have any. Such a disappointing place and so different to add when you book online. Will never go back again.

It was a bargain last minute booking for this venue and nice until entertainment across the street started, after hours without a TV in the bedroom we then got found by mozzies and actually had to leave middle in the night being afraid of dengue... Summing up, we won't go back ever, that room 6217 only should exist for nightly party people, neither elderly or families... Poo poo on Jayakarta Management very cheap!
