I stayed here a little while ago and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located right in the heart of Sanur, and the location is hard to beat, with direct access to the beach from the pool. The grounds are spacious, and everything—from the facilities and amenities to the service—is of the high quality you would expect from Andaz. Breakfast is a full breakfast served à la carte, and everything I tried was delicious. There are also several restaurants and bars within the hotel, so you can easily spend a relaxing day without having to leave the property. The rooms are villa-style, very clean, and well equipped with plenty of amenities. The pool is located on the ocean side of the property and is also conveniently accessible from the rooms. The hotel also offers complimentary bicycles, which are perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Riding through the small streets of Bali is a great way to soak up the local atmosphere. If you’re staying in Sanur, I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I love my stay here! The rooms, the grounds, the beach and the vibe are just so nice. Our kids have a great time here. The breakfast was really yummy. Most food from kuta can also be delivered here which is a huge plus for me. I hope to come back again soon!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible stay at Andaz Bali. Before we arrived, we mentioned it was our anniversary, and the team truly went above and beyond to make it special. We came back to our room to find a beautiful anniversary cake and a heartfelt message arranged on our bed – such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. The rooms are absolutely stunning. High ceilings, ambient lighting, an incredibly comfortable bed, a luxurious rain shower, and plenty of space to relax. Every detail feels carefully considered, creating a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. The resort itself has everything you could possibly need – multiple beautiful pools, a fantastic kids’ club, bike hire, and a great selection of restaurants. A special mention goes to Fisherman’s Club, where the seafood was exceptionally fresh and plentiful, and the service was outstanding. Yes, it’s on the more expensive side, but you can genuinely see where your money goes. The quality, attention to detail, and level of service are second to none. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it for couples, families, or anyone looking for a truly luxurious stay in Bali.

We had a wonderful stay at Andaz Bali and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Unlike the crowded and hectic parts of Bali, this hotel is located in a beautifully quiet area. It is the perfect place to truly unwind. The property itself is breathtaking, filled with lush trees and meticulously maintained gardens. The layout feels like a beautiful maze. While we actually got lost on our first night after check-in, the friendly security guards immediately helped us find our way back to our room. Despite all the greenery, we were pleasantly surprised that we didn't encounter a single mosquito during our stay. The service here is incredibly professional and thoughtful. At check-in, a staff member escorted us to our room to explain all the amenities, and she even respectfully took off her shoes before entering. The housekeeping team is outstanding, seemingly cleaning the room twice a day (morning and evening). Every night we returned from dinner to find our towels perfectly folded and hotel flip-flops neatly placed on each side of the bed. Dining is fantastic with five restaurants on-site, and the à la carte breakfast was excellent. The beach is located right behind the hotel, making it incredibly easy to catch the beautiful morning sunrise. We loved using the complimentary bike rentals to ride along the beach path. Plus, there is a turtle conservatory right next door which was great to see. The hotel is absolutely spotless and the staff are top-tier professionals. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Bali!
