Beat every expectation we had! We stayed in the villa that was perfect for a family with two small kids! We loved everything about our stay! We loved the breakfast that filled us up till dinner, so we didn’t have to worry about food as we explored around!
We loved the Villa and the hotel common spaces, so lush, and beautiful! We love the staff, all of them! Dewy and Sukarma get a special shout out! Bali captured our heart! The kids age 7 and 9 were not bored once and didn’t ask for any screen time! My wife even made a video of our outside of the villa on day 3 of our trip! Bali is the best because the people are the best!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Royal Casa Ganesha Ubud and would definitely return on our next visit to Ubud.
The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated the complimentary afternoon tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch after a day of exploring. The breakfast was enjoyable and tasty, although the selection was a bit limited.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely service-oriented. A special thank you to Odin from Guest Relations, who made a lasting impression on us. It really feels like this job was made for him. His passion for hospitality shines through in every interaction, and it’s obvious that he truly enjoys what he does.
Overall, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable, and we highly recommend Royal Casa Ganesha Ubud to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality.
Sandika picked us up at the airport with wonderful transport arrangements to the hotel very late at night. All the staff could not do more for us. They treated us like royalty. Odin guest service was very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the whole staff.

Had an amazing time at the hotel, wigh perfect service (thank you Aristya). The staff elevates the hotel stars with their flexibility, kindness, attention to detail. The rooms are huge, super clean, food is superb with a wide range of vegeterian, seafood and meat. If you happen to browse, I wholeheaetedly recommend it for you.
