Amarterra Villas Resort Bali Nusa Dua, Autograph Collection

We stayed at Amarterra for three days, and the experience was truly amazing. (1) Team: Prior to our arrival, the reservation team emailed us to share information about resort services, helping us plan our stay and coordinate our special needs. At the resort, every staff member was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a warm smile. Special thanks to the F&B, concierge, front desk, and housekeeping teams for their outstanding service! (2) Villa: We thoroughly enjoyed our 200 sqm villa. The resort team even surprised us with a lovely flower bath! The private pool circulates fresh water during the day. Housekeeping serviced our room twice daily—once during the day and again for evening turn-down service. They also provided a complimentary minibar stocked with water and drinks, which was restocked during every cleaning. (3) F&B: We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Maja Restaurant. The food quality was the best we experienced during our trip to Bali. For breakfast, you can order unlimited items from the menu in addition to enjoying the self-service buffet with bread, soup, and fresh fruit. While lunch and dinner prices are higher than nearby spots—especially with the 21% tax and service fee—our reservation included a 25% discount, which made it great value. (4) Beach Club: We also spent time at Amarterra by the Bay, the resort's beach club, located about a 10-minute shuttle ride away. While the beach itself isn’t the absolute best in Bali, the staff were very welcoming and the drinks were great. We easily rate Amarterra a 10/10—it is definitely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!

This resort is absolutely unbelievable! We adored our family stay here. The villas are to die for, the staff are 10/10, and every little detail is thoughtfully considered. The food and drinks were absolutely beautiful, and everything we experienced felt so special. The staff are incredibly warm, friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Nothing is ever too much trouble! We couldn’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely love to return. It was such a beautiful, relaxing and memorable family holiday. The only little things that could make the stay even better would be some additional bathroom lighting for getting ready, slightly higher bedside tables, and a microwave in the villa so we could reheat food and avoid unnecessary waste. Otherwise, everything was just beautiful. An incredible resort with wonderful people, delicious food and drinks, and exceptional hospitality. We can’t recommend it enough! ❤️

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything about my experience was exceptional, from the beautiful villa to the incredible staff and service. The villa itself was absolutely stunning and incredibly photo-worthy. The location is also perfect. It’s within walking distance of Bali Collection, which makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The resort also offers free activities each day and complimentary bikes, which was a great added bonus. While there are public beaches within walking distance, the resort also has its own private beach setup and provides complimentary shuttles to and from the beach. Guests can enjoy beach chairs and umbrellas, Wi-Fi, and food and drink service right on the beach. If you’re planning to stay in the Nusa Dua area and want to elevate your vacation, I highly recommend Amarterra Villas Resort. It was truly an incredible stay.

Absolutely a 5-star stay. I was kindly upgraded from a one bedroom villa to a two bedroom villa, which was such a lovely surprise. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. The villa was very spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled fresh the moment I walked in. Everything felt peaceful, private, and well cared for. Easily one of the best boutique-style resort experiences I’ve had. Would definitely stay here again. A special mention to the gentleman who showed me around the villa and assisted me during my stay. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but he was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. His warm and thoughtful service really stood out and made the stay even more memorable.
