Had such a fantastic stay at Aloft Kuta! The hotel is super modern and absolutely immaculately clean—everything felt fresh, stylish, and really well looked after.
But what truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Every single person I passed was genuinely happy, friendly, and so helpful—it honestly made such a difference. One night in particular really stuck with me… I couldn’t pay for my taxi with my card, and front reception actually helped me out with some cash front the petty cash bag!!
That level of care and kindness is something you don’t forget.

We loved this hotel! It was meant to be a temp stay for arriving late at night but the hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! Staff are super friendly and nice. We really appreciate the hospitality as this was our first stop in Bali. Location is unbeatable! Kuta beach and the mall are so nicely kept and our toddler had a ton of fun. The only downside was our rooms are very far away from the elevators and it was a hassle every time to make our 2-year old walk all the way. The standard rooms are a bit on the smaller size, but overall still top value considering everything.
We had the best experience staying at aloft. The staff were so friendly and the rooms were so clean and tidy! Room service was so prompt. My daughter had the best time here. She was gifted lots of toys and also a certificate for her art. Special thanks to Mr. Julian (HR manager), Suriya & Daniel( hotel manager). And a heart felt thanks to Yuma - she is such a.kind person to write a artistic note of appreciation for my daughter- the time she took to come up with great colors in the note- hats off to you ! Aloft Kuta is what I would call a sweet spot in Kuta. The hotel is conveniently located just behind Beachwalk Shopping Center, making it an excellent choice for travelers who enjoy shopping, dining, and exploring the area on foot.
That said, if you have a very tight itinerary, this hotel may not be the best fit. Beachwalk itself is quite extensive, and you may find yourself wanting to set aside extra time just to explore the mall, especially if it’s your first visit.
As for the room, I found it comfortable for two people, but it might feel a bit cramped for three, as the space is not particularly large. The breakfast was decent and convenient, especially if you prefer not to look for alternatives around the mall area in the morning.
I did encounter a minor issue with the smart key system during my stay. However, the staff promptly assisted me, and I opted to use a manual key card instead, which resolved the problem.
Overall, Aloft Kuta offers a great location and a comfortable stay, making it a solid choice for travelers looking to enjoy the heart of Kuta.
Arik Novita at the hotel restaurant was an absolute gem. She welcomed me with the biggest, warmest smile and even greeted me by name, which made me feel so valued. She remembered exactly how I like my coffee and was attentive to everything I wanted to order.
Her customer service skills are exceptional. She is highly professional, wonderfully mannered, and carries herself with such grace and confidence. Arik truly goes above and beyond — a fantastic job performed, and a real credit to the hotel.
The housekeeping team has been absolutely wonderful. My room is always spotless, fresh, and beautifully presented. I especially love the little creative towel designs they leave — such a thoughtful and charming touch.
The attention to detail and care they put into their work truly makes a difference. I’m very happy with my room, and the pricing is also very affordable, which makes the overall experience even better.
