We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious dishes that exceeded our expectations at every meal. Overall, the hospitality was truly top-notch. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, fantastic food, and a memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We loved our stay here. Very clean, welcoming and professional. Rooms were tidy and always well serviced. Awan, Eny and Dek were great. Our favourite of the trip was our driver Komang. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Prompt and reliable, as well as just a nice guy who was happy to take us out for the day. Would recommend him for anyone travelling to Bali. The food was very good and service at the bar and buffet very professional.

I must say this resort is best suited for those who enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment—particularly honeymoon couples. However, I would not recommend it for families with kids, as there is very little to keep children entertained. The resort is quite far from central Ubud, where most of the attractions, activities, and dining options are located. While I understand the level of the resort based on the price paid, personally I would not return. I could not justify the amount we paid for the family room per night with the experience we had. This is not due to any negative experience with the hotel itself, but rather because of its limited accessibility to other services and the main town.

We recently got married at the Aksari Resort and stayed for two nights, and the entire experience from start to finish was phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the kindest staff and the most spectacular views. Our room was exquisite, the gardens across the resort are absolutely stunning, and the entire hotel is beautifully picturesque. Our wedding itself was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. The wedding chapel was breathtaking, and so many of our guests commented that it was the most stunning wedding they had ever attended. The attention to detail here is unmatched the staff even greeted us on a first name basis every single day, making us feel so incredibly special. We also have to mention the food: the morning buffet breakfast had a huge, fantastic variety, and the teppanyaki dinner was absolutely outstanding. We were so sad to leave the Aksari and truly cannot wait to return one day. Thank you to the incredible team for making our wedding and stay unforgettable!
