I wouldn’t recommend this place for many reasons.
Firstly it’s far from jambaran and it’s 15 min taxi ride and it’s close to no where and no restaurants around
Secondly we had our first morning breakfast there and was very simple and disappointed
Thirdly the room was outdated and need a refurbishment, our net curtain had a big rip and walls and plugs were outdated and looked old and dirty.
Fourthly after first night we asked our room to be cleaned and we came back the the bedding still the same bedding we used and not changed
And lastly first night we saw frogs over our kitchen walls as the kitchen is by the pool and outdoor and next day we saw other insects.
So in overall the experience wasn’t what we expected.
The rooms are designed to be lovely, and the ones we booked came with a pool and kitchen. They're not maintained well though and it's nearing dilapidation, so as someone who likes newer facilities, I was very disappointed. The staff were lovely and the place was serene.

Kind and caring staff whom will always great you and check on you regarding your plans and wellbeing.
It is slightly further away from nearby attractions, however Grab & Gojek delivers food fast and efficiently.
Take a bike ride to wherever you want to go and view around here and the nature will be a definite enjoyment.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Me and my boyfriend just had two nights here and didn’t want to leave at all. The rooms are gorgeous and well kept. The staff here are some of the loveliest we have met so far in bali and were so helpful with absolutely everything. Theres also some absolutely adorable dogs that stay on this premises, once again so incredibly friendly.
The only slight downside to this hotel is the location, it’s far away from a lot of things however we managed to get both grab cars and bikes very easily to take us where we needed to go. We also got grab food and that was simple and came quickly.
Would always recommend.
What can I say on arrival place is beautiful, villa is beautiful besides a foul smell that lingers around the pool and open living into the bedroom it smelled constantly. We arrived 12 as we requested early check in which staff didn't seem to be aware until I said something. Got into our room no problem but when trying to leave for dinner it took over an hour to try and book a car or bike with no luck, grab or Gojek even staff tried with no luck, all we wanted to do was go local for dinner. When asking staff they said their guests have never had a problem with booking travel.
Met with 100 reasons why we couldn't leave which is a major issue as we had plans everyday and wanted to travel to dinner which we had to pass since we couldn't leave. As told by a local friend we have that the location is far and dangerous when raining a lot of drivers won't make the trip. We attempted to try the restaurant on site not one person in sight it was a ghost town, when speaking to staff I had explained I shouldn't have to call on someone at the front to get service if I want to eat at the restaurant they should have someone to serve us.
The ad on agada says newly renovated but that's a lie the main pool deck is super dangerous planks aren't even screwed in or stable front staff said they were in the middle of renovation so don't know why it says newly renovated, feel like I was meet with lie after lie.
PLEASE read reviews throughly because I wish I looked deeper all I needed to know was there.
I couldn’t leave a review on bookings.com as I canceled the duration of my stay.
But I will end on a positive note even though I went in circles for a long while staff were really nice. Delayed review but my stay was may 2025 don’t know if anything has changed since
