Adiwana Warnakali Resort

I had the best time staying with Adiwana. You will be spoiled here with daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and mini bar. The meals at the restaurant is one of the best on my trip too. The room is not only very comfortable, but also has the best view of the ocean and Mt Argon in the backdrop. The team is so friendly and attentive - special shout out to Desy for her lovely energy and service. There is also one of the best dive schools on the island directly above the hotel and very convenient with transport available. One thing to be aware of is the road condition on the island. Highly recommend to have a driver, which the hotel can organise easily.

We visited in late August 2026 for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The welcome drink and room prepared with fresh flowers were a thoughtful touch. The rooms are spacious and offer sweeping views of Mount Agung, Nusa Ceningan, and Nusa Lembongan with a deep bath tub on the balcony to take it all in. What makes this place stand out is the quality of their food and drinks. Book your room with breakfast included- its worth it! Freshly squeezed fresh juice, to-order warm pastries and a nice variety of options for breakfast mains. And don’t go looking for another place for dinner either- the view at unset is unparalleled and both the international and Indonesian dishes are excellent. Book a service with Ayu at the Teja Spa- she went the extra mile for me after a bad sun burn and adjusted my service, took the time that was needed. Her hospitality and warmth need 6 stars! Be prepared for a lot of stairs at this resort but the staff are always ready to help with luggage. We would have also liked the option to have two room keys or at least a rationale for why only one is provided when asked. Regardless, Dessy and the hospitality team leave no leaf unturned to ensure you enjoy your stay and have the chance to experience all Nusa Penida has to offer. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was beautiful, spacious, and featured incredible ocean views. Dining with a backdrop overlooking the water made every meal feel special. The hospitality here is truly top-notch. I made several special requests including a surprise birthday treat for my partner, as well as specific tour arrangements. The team happily fulfilled every single request. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. **One important note regarding the property design for future bookers - it is definitely not wheelchair friendly or ideal for those with mobility issues. Our room was on the first floor down a long flight of stairs. While we tipped the staff, we still felt so bad seeing them carry our heavy luggage up and down those steps! Overall, a gorgeous place with an amazing team. We will definitely be back! Edit: Just wanted to give a huge shout out to our West Coast tour driver Wayan Bryan. He’s the absolute best - he showed us around the attractions and took pictures for us, and shared fun facts about the Balinese way of life and culture. Thank you for making our day so memorable! ❤️

I am writing this review on our last day before we have even checked out, so we haven’t yet been prompted to leave one. I wanted to write it anyway because the entire experience my wife and I have had has been amazing. Having travelled all over the world, we both agree that the service and friendliness from all of the staff. and we genuinely mean all of them has been the best we have ever received. Their warmth and hospitality seem to come naturally and never feels forced or artificial. We have had some great chats with many of the team and hearing about their lives has added a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable. The food has been fantastic and the on-site spa provided one of the best massages we have ever had. Quite simply, I cannot rate this place highly enough. A special mention to Alit for the outstanding job you do in training, supporting and encouraging your team. It has clearly worked wonders and has played a huge part in making our stay such a great memory. And for those who have left negative reviews complaining about the steps please think about it. You chose a cliffside, tiered resort and saw the pictures before booking. Did you really expect there to be escalators?
