Adiwana Bisma

Adiwana Bisma has excellent rooms, customer service, it’s location is perfect! We stayed here last week on a very last minute booking as our previous hotel did not tell us about the construction work happening in the building. As soon as we got to our room, we knew that it wouldn’t work out for us and I called Adiwana Bisma straight away. We previously stayed at Adiwana Bisma in 2024 before our wedding, and we had a great experience. On the phone, Agus from Adiwana Bisma was amazing, helping us get two nights accommodation within the hour! When we arrived to check in, Mila at reception sorted everything out for us, and even ensured that our booking was as close to the previous hotel as possible, with breakfast included. Needless to say we were blown away by the service of the staff and we were so thankful they could squeeze us in for two nights. We also had lovely conversations with Dipa at breakfast, and our server Koming as well. I would recommend Adiwana Bisma to anyone looking to stay close to Ubud centre as their location was perfect for us when we explored the area. The pool was gorgeous and the food was spectacular.

We had a great stay here. The hotel isn't super luxurious, but it was very clean and we didn't see a single bug during our stay. The location is excellent—it's so close to the center that we walked everywhere. The pool has a beautiful view, and the breakfast was amazing. We also enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant. We booked a 3-hour massage, and it was a wonderful experience as well. Overall, it's a great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We loved our stay at Adiwana Bisma. We booked with our family and were given two side-by-side rooms with an adjoining internal door, which made life very convenient. Its location was excellent and down a quieter street. The accommodation is set well back from the road, and we had a lovely view. The restaurant was fantastic. The included breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety and awesome coffee!! We even had dinner here twice as we enjoyed the food and service so much. Sunset cocktails up at the pool were a highlight. Our hotel driver, Yudi, was outstanding. He picked us up from the airport, and communication was clear from the beginning. We booked him to drive us around for two extra days. He went way above and beyond to show us the sights and answered all our questions on Balinese culture. We learnt so much!

My experience at this hotel was incredible. From the very first moment, I felt warmly welcomed. Everything was excellent: the attention, the kindness of the staff, the service, and every detail that was carefully taken care of. The team was always friendly, helpful, and made my stay even more special. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and has a peaceful atmosphere. I’m leaving with wonderful memories and I would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for making my stay such an unforgettable experience! ✨
