Reviews
I was very disappointed with our stay.
We booked a Deluxe Poolside Room because we expected it to have a separate shower and bathtub, but they were actually combined. The bathroom was also dirty.
One of the staff members’ service was not very good either.
There were also several things missing or disappointing, such as no conditioner, no hotel slippers, no hand towels, and a musty smell in the room.
They provided some water, but they simply filled a jug with tap water.
They told us that every Deluxe Poolside Room is different, but our room was 101, and at least our room was terrible.
Overall, we were very disappointed with the room and the service.
The staff at Abian Harmony are absolutely phenomenal. What was supposed to be a relaxing trip for myself, my husband and my two year old little boy then turned into an absolute nightmare as my little boy got really sick and had to be hospitalized. The staff were so accommodating and helpful during the whole situation. We ended up having to stay in Bali longer and booked our last night back at Abian Harmony and as soon as we arrived all the staff were thrilled to see my son and asking how he was. Was so touched by all their support and kindness
Our room had a deep deep smell. We told them, but they only offered more perfume. However, it was clean and the beds comfortable. TV, breakfast and nice service included. The pool was fun for the kids and we also enjoyed massages.
The great thing about this hotel is that it is also well situated and plenty of restaurants very very close by and a few minutes walk from the beach.
DO NOT BOOK IT/ DON'T BOOK IT !!!
This is the worst hotel I have ever met!
This hotel messed up my room type. I booked ROOF TOP ROOM and they offer me GF room which is nearby the lobby. And they told me they have upgraded my room. THIS ROOM has no window, and very noisy (just besides the lobby.) And the shower spray is broken, it took 2 hour to repaire. Finally they took out the whole shower spray and installed a simple one!!! Then room wifi doesn't work, I have to switch to the lobby wifi. I blamed all these issues to their manager. And she told me that was all becasue AGODA messed up for booking information!!!
And I wondered why their business were so busy. I could feel mostly was booked by Low-cost travel packages.
Absolutely no complaints, fantastic staff always ready to help. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Rooms comfortable and cleaned daily. Swimming pool always clean.
