This five-star hotel delivers exceptional service and truly delicious breakfasts that make every morning a pleasure. However, the interior design is heavily old-fashioned, feeling more like a step back in time than a modern luxury retreat. The spa area is well-maintained and relaxing, though the lack of a jacuzzi was a noticeable disappointment. In my opinion, it is a mixed bag for younger travelers: while the top-tier comfort and dining are easy to appreciate, the dated aesthetic and quiet, traditional atmosphere might feel a bit too sleepy for a younger crowd. Overall, it is a solid choice if you value classic hospitality over contemporary style.

I recently stayed at the Brenners Park Hotel & Spa and although we only stayed for one night it was enough to truly recognize this hotel as special. During the same trip we stayed at other 'glitzy' 5 star hotels but none compared to Brenners Park for the personal touch. in fact, most of the others I would class as impersonal by comparison. The facilities and location are excellent and I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone who wants great old fashioned personal service in a wonderfully maintained facility. The impeccable front desk/concierge team located and secured lost property that we had inadvertently left at the hotel and facilitated getting it shipped to our next location, 5 stars all round!
What a delight, awesome hotel in the cozy Baden Baden. This is a 5 star experience throughout. Dog friendly 5/5 - great park and direct access to the long garden walk. Beds, treats and even a dog menu alacarte! Breakfast 6/5 - one of the absolute best once you can get. Dinner 5/5 - wintergarten terrace. Just lovely. Room 4/5 - superior park, it's great just a bit small. Go for a bigger one, balcony just perfect! Get a room in the main building which is newly renovated! Spa 3/5. Only dissapointment. Invest in an outdoor pool with terrace and you will get to the absolute top hotel in Europe. Thanks a ton for the visit.
Our stay at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa was exceptional from start to finish and easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The location is absolutely beautiful, set right beside the park and river, creating such a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean throughout, and every detail felt incredibly well maintained and luxurious. What truly stood out was the service. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel looked after during the entire stay. The facilities were excellent — the spa and gym were both fantastic, and the restaurant was outstanding. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like complimentary fruit and a free minibar that made the stay feel even more special. An unforgettable experience overall and a hotel I would return to without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baden-Baden.
Overall, a very nice hotel—especially loved the garden and the spa facilities. However, there was one turn-off during our stay involving housekeeping service. As first-time guests, we called to ask for slippers as we couldn’t locate them. We later realized that what looked like a towel hanger was actually the handle to open the cabinet—something we wouldn’t have known without prior experience. Later in the evening, we requested two dental kits to be placed during turndown, as we didn’t want to trouble housekeeping with multiple trips. After dinner, we returned to find that nothing had been placed, so we called again. Instead of simply delivering the items, the housekeeper responded rather defensively, insisting that the kits had already been placed on the sink. As we couldn’t find them, we asked if someone could come and show us. She didn’t come herself but sent a colleague who couldn’t communicate in English, though she did bring the dental kits with her. From what we could gather, it seemed they may not have been placed earlier after all. While this may seem like a small issue, it was disappointing—especially when you’re on holiday and paying for a 5-star experience where a certain level of service is expected. A simple delivery would have been more appreciated than being spoken to in that manner. That said, aside from this incident, my family and I did enjoy our stay.
